What To Expect

Your evening starts at a hotel on the Arno River in the heart of Florence. Meet your guide and take a seat on your traditional “barchetto” boat.

Relax as your guide navigates your route along the river and shares stories about the city. Ride past the Ponte Vecchio and Ponte Santa Trinita. Take advantage of the top views by snapping photos of top landmarks, such as the Uffizi Gallery, and the charming buildings that line the river banks.

Cruise the river for about 45 minutes, enjoy a glass of prosecco on board, and watch the sunset. Your cruise ends back at the hotel.

This was such a beautiful way to experience the Ponte Vecchio and the Arno River! Our guide, Irene, was phenomenal. My boyfriend proposed during the tour and she was the sweetest about the whole thing!

Relaxing ride on the Arno

This was a nice relaxing ride at end of long, hot day. Our guide was amazing, she was a historian and was able to answer any question we had. I sadly cannot remember her name (long trip) but I know her son's name is Cosimo. Lorenzo our rower was super friendly and nice. Easy meeting point. Highly recommend this tour and company.

We had a spectacular time on the sunset cruise! The views were absolutely lovely and our family of five soaked in the experience of the beauty of Florence the entire ride. We were also lucky enough to have Caterina as our guide, whom we had met several years ago on a similar tour. Running into her was like seeing family again! She was so entertaining, warm, knowledgeable and funny that my youngest daughter said that it was the highlight of her trip to Italy so far to spend time with her again! Everyone facilitating the tour was courteous, kind and helpful and contributed to the joyful feeling of the magical evening. We left the tour delighted, refreshed, and eager to explore the rest of the beautiful night in Florence, with Caterina’s many dinner and gelato recommendations in our minds! Best boat tour ever!
