Getting caught in a drizzle and watching the rain fall on thousand-year-old structures under a tarp. Climbing Temple Two and getting a panorama of the grand plaza. Chatting with other journeyer's enjoying the park. The scamper of coati in the underbrush and at your feet. Knowing that Guatemala is putting a large emphasis on protecting its heritage. All these things and more made the day quite enjoyable.

I thought this tour was perfect! Our bilingual guide, Julio, did a great job sharing the history of the site thoroughly while still allowing some free time to explore. The drive was very comfortable with a convenient stop and the lunch was surprisingly nice. I strongly recommend taking this tour!

Tikal in a day was achieved! We visited all the major structures, climbed all we wanted to, and learned about the history and the jungle around Tikal. "Locha" was a great guide, the driver was great, lunch was well-planned, our routing through Tikal was ideal, and the views from the tops were amazing!

Very good tour of Tikal. The guide was passionnate and was able to communicate his appreciation of the site and the Mayan culture. The site is also very impressive by its size and the conservation of certains monuments.
