    They Cancelled Last Minute - Huge Disappointment

    We weren't able to go on this cruise because they cancelled at the last minute, saying they had to perform maintenance on the boat, but didn't let Viator know and didn't respond to our texts or emails until an hour before the cruise was to set sail. We had to call Viator to find out what was going on. Very unprofessional. It's a shame that we have to put in such a bad review. Buyer beware!

    My reservation was canceled on the day of at the last minute. It was my friend’s birthday and she didn’t get to experience her main event (the tour) that she was most excited for.

    I loved the cruise, the Captain was very kind and informative. The skyline was beautiful. I would do it again.

    The overall experience was great! This is one of the few tours that allows for ample time on the water to enjoy the experience. The overall trip was about 3 hrs, you stop for 40 mins to get in and swim if you want. Now with that said, there were some issues that could be improved. We were notified a few days before that the date and time we booked weren’t a available due to an issue with the app (not sure how true that was) and given the choice of a refund or trip the next day at 10am. This was for our anniversary so we chose the 10am booking. This was disappointing because as the title states it’s suppose to be a sunset cruise! The morning of we are told we need to arrive 20 minutes before the 10am time. We were staying in Hollywood which is outside of Miami and anyone knows Miami traffic it’s impossible to do so on short notice. The guide waited for us and when we arrived we were shocked to see a bunch of other groups smushed onto this tiny boat! It’s not a large yacht. There were 9 other people outside of my husband and I. We literally all could not sit down on the boat. Some went up top and some went down into the cabin. Our captain was sweet and and great I just think they need to improve their booking process. If we are required to arrive early state that on the booking and do not over book this small boat as it takes away from the overall experience.

    I am very sorry that the tour did not meet your expectations but you were assisted at all times and I communicated with you well in advance so that you could plan or decide with plenty of time in your favor. I also want to remind you that at all times the ride was shown as shared, more people would join and that is what happened. Again, I am sorry for the confusion about the type of tour you booked.
