This was truly a wonderful outing. If you are interested in seeing Key West and not having to drive, there this is for you. We were picked up at our hotel and dropped off at night after a wonderful day. While there you had 6 hours (more than enough) to do and see whatever you wanted. Lots of interesting sites, shopping, restaurants, bars and key lime pie that is out of this world. I recommend this tour. highly.

The bus broke and we ended up paying for a ride back to Miami. Come to find out this has happened more than once. We only go on vacations 1 time every other year. We wasted time and money we didn't have. With no accommodations

Picked up at 7 on a feeder coach - to take us to main coach - when we arrived no seats together - just single seats - the coach was supposed to arrive in key west at 11.30 - but was about an hour late - due to traffic- the driver and host were great - ed had six hours there - the glass bottom boat trip was booked for 2pm - though had to check in at 1.30 - so didn't get much time before hand - though time for a quick lunch -, got back in about 4 - then just under two hours in key west / before having to get back to coach - then it was about 4 and half hours ti get back - a long tiring day - would be prepared to leave much earlier say six in the morning - to have got there earlier - then could have got an earlier boat trip - then more time in key west -

Hotel pick up was great, on time, very early in the morning. The bus stopped for breakfast at McDonald's, quick but doable. Tour guide shared facts about Key West while we were going there, in more languages than I could keep track of. Before arriving, he gave everyone a map and super clear instructions for the location of the bus and the return schedule. There was an option to buy a day ticket to a hop-on/hop-off type of trolley at Key West. I opted to wander on my own and went to see the Hemingway home museum, the butterfly garden and the southernmost point. Return trip felt longer as always, and half the people were asleep on the bus. The bus driver was excellent. There were no issues during the trip. I had an awesome day.

The boat ride and the snorkeling activities were the most memorable adventures on the trip at KeyWest. I enjoyed those activities seeing the corel reef and making new friends on board the boat was a pleasure.

I read a lot of negative comments saying it was terrible and they don’t recommend. I can’t say I had the same experience at all. David our tour guide was very helpful and funny. I didn’t pay for any of the extras, I just paid for the way there and back and I never felt pressured to buy any tours. On the way there we stopped at McDonald’s. I know other comments said they stopped at an awful breakfast place . That wasn’t the case for us. Furthermore, I read comments complaining about the bus being too hot or too cold. David was very patient at taking requests and making sure we were comfortable and never too hot or cold. The bus at the end did face some issues. If a bus is driving to Key west back and forth numerous times, it’s going to face some issues on the way. They sent a second bus and majority of people were already dropped off and didn’t have this issue. Personally I didn’t mind, I had no plans and they provided a second bus that was very fancy. Overall it’s worth the money even if the bus has issues. It’s a trustworthy company and the bus only had issues with shaking when changing gears so nothing terribly serious that is worth not going. Please do it! Ignore the hateful comments! We had an amazing time in Key-west!
