      After we paid a mandatory non refundable $30 valet parking at the hotel the boat that arrived unloaded passengers and told us the 2:00 tour had been canceled. We were at the correct location at the appointed time.

      Refer to my email complaint. The boat didn’t show up at meeting point. No previous information, no excuses or explanation whatsoever.
