What To Expect

This cruise departs from downtown Fort Lauderdale. On the boarding ramp of the boat, pose for a souvenir photograph, then hop aboard and see what the city has to offer from the waterfront. Sight seeing cruise was very enjoyable! They have complementary beverages on the cruise! And a bathroom. Only issues were finding the place and parking. They say there is free parking, which there is. But don't say where it is. They do not have any signs up at the dock. Just a temporary sign they put out when boat is there. The boat in picture was not the one we went on.

Direction error

The directions to find this place is poor were from out of town and never got to the excursion due to this. It's not just behind the hotel you actually have to walk through the hotel lobby to get to it. Would've been nice to know thay we got left due to the poor directions.

This trip was very nice. Being on the water seeing all the nice yachts and homes was an experience for sure. The narrator was also cool and very informative

Overall, the trip is worth recommending, the only minus for me was the guide who talked about everything without getting involved, everything else was a plus

No tour was conducted - operator did not show up and then made excuses when contacted.

The operator of this trip did not show up. When called he tried to say we had the wrong date. Then he was told many other people were waiting also. He then said the boat was in dry dock. He would conduct the tour the following day. We already had booked another trip for that day. Operator is very unprofessional in trying to blame the customer when he was clearly at fault. And then he gave a second excuse. I would like my money returned. We had booking for two people. Thank you.

Great tour, the captain knew his info and made it fun. Only reason I didn’t give it an extra star, is they won’t let you use the bathroom. They claim it’s out of order. A little disappointing since they’re serving drinks, otherwise everything was great.

They are promoting Holidays Network Group scam via raffles that they run with every tour. The tour was ok, but trying to scam people isn't nice. So, 1 star is what that they deserve.

Canceled with zero notice!!

The trip was canceled with zero notice, and ruined our day. The tour operator blamed Viator, and said they've never operated a 2pm tour on Wednesdays. Very disappointed in Viator!

Larry and Jessica were phenomenal! Larry made us feel so comfortable that our friend, who is deathly afraid of smaller boats, actually stood up to look at details of some of the sites.
