  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Marcos was a fantastic driver. Friendly and safe. He was so personable. I traveled with my adult daughters and I felt very safe with him. In the past we have used Uber or Lyft but I never felt truly safe. Thank Marcos for being so kind and for keeping us safe.

Paul was very pleasant and his suburban was very clean. He picked us up on top...very easy to contact when we were ready. He dropped us off at the curb, right by our airline's entrance, and helped us with our luggage.

Not sure if Marco was the original driver waited at the airport for over an hour after we landed, but my husband left his phone, Marco called and brought it to the hotel.

We had a great experience. Our driver Marcos called the day before to confirm and sent a picture of himself and his vehicle so we could find him easier. We sent a text after getting our luggage and he was there in 5 minutes. I was worried about how this would turn out since I booked it on line but I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you.

Marcos was our driver and made contact the day before our scheduled pick up to provide information about him and his vehicle. He was accommodating when our plane was delayed and stayed in contact throughout the day. He also provided recommendations for dinner and his favorite items off the menu.
