Our driver was great! Courteous, professional, and on time. He transported me and my family (total of 14 passengers) from FLL to Miami hotel. The kids had a ball on the "baddie bus" lol! Even after dropping us off at our destination, he kept me updated regarding the weather condition at the cruise. Absolutely wonderful person. I'll definitely use them again!

We used Viator twice. From Fort Lauderdale airport to Miramar fl hotel. That ride was great !! We used viator the next morning for transfer to cruise port from Miramar. The driver showed up at the hotel with a youcon suv for 7 passengers and the luggage. Luckily we had two people that drove so 2 of our 7 had to ride with them

Ariel was wonderful! He was right there waiting for us as we stepped out of the airport. He had cold water for us and good music playing. He was so friendly and kind. He took us to two stores to find something we needed and then to our hotel. He always jumped out and ran around to open our door. The experience was flawless!

Easy communication. Only small issue..we were arriving late at night so I wanted to ensure pick up was smooth and hoped they would be waiting at baggage claim w a sign. They assured me they would twice. But then just before time, they said the van was too big to park and they would have to wait outside. Seemed like they should have known that in advance? I was a little irritated but it 100% didn’t matter. The van was literally steps outside baggage claim, waiting w a very nice and very large Mercedes Sprinter van. Ariel, our driver, was very nice even at nearly 3AM! Great service, would use again!
