Late pick up!

The driver was nice but a 1/2 hour late picking us up. I had the same problem with this provider in November 2023. You may want to reevaluate this provider, Miami Limo service.

Jose was fantastic! Nothing more to add. Just adding more because the system is prompting me to add more and will not allow me to submit. So hopefully this is enough so that when you get it and you see that I’m forced to add something you’ll now delete the whole post and not use it at all. You probably want to take this feature away and let people say what they want to say, and not prompt them to say more.

Our driver was great. We communicated via text because my flight was demeans he assured me he was watching and would meet me at baggage claim when we arrived, which he did. I took off one star because I want notified of additional tolls/fees ($18.25) I would be responsible for until several days AFTER I purchased the service. That should be noted on the website ahead of time (maybe with an asterisk next to the actual cost). However, I was able to give that to the driver in cash.

As per our conversation by phone, this bad review belongs to The Port Everglades, however, we apologized and explained to you that this is a Google name this information is extracted from Google The northern part of Port Everglades is called Northport (with terminals 2 and 4). The cruise port's central area is called Midport Garage (terminals 18, 19, 21, 25, 26, 29). but it does not mean that this is the pick-up area because it's a restricted are at the Port, we provide the pick-up at the only passenger's designated pick-up area at each terminal and we always advise to provide a domestic phone number or WhatsApp in order to clarify any confusion, our driver did his best and went beyond his duty to provide you with the right pick-up location trying to send you his location via whatsapp as well as pictures via text message, its actually not our fault that you misinterpreted the pictures and messages or the lack of communication that you had with the port authorities due to the language barrier yet still the service was provided in the best professional way, reviews with 1 star means that the service was not provided or if the service was provided late, its unacceptable that because of your lack of communication with the port authorities was reflected on our transportation service better communication skills could make your traveling process more convenient in the future, we are truly sorry to hear about your bad experience with the meet-up point hoping next time your cruise experience could be better.
