I am really sorry to hear that you have not received a refund yet. I have just had a look at your booking and see that the refund was requested the day that you were cancelled, the issue is that because you booked through a 3rd party the refund comes from them and can take up to 10 business working days (this excludes weekends and public holidays). I would also like to apologize for the delay in reply as we do not check our reviews daily. I would like to think the refund is in your account today being a Monday.
If you could please email us at operations@franzjoseftours.co.nz so that we can have direct contact with you, if the refund has not been returned to you I will then follow it up with the 3rd party and aim to have the refund with you as soon as possible.
Once again, I am extremely sorry that this has taken so long.
