Great Way to see tge City

Easy way to see the sights in Genoa at your own pace and get off where and when you want. The only downfall is if it rains or it is cold you cant sit on the top deck so the bus fills up extremely fast on the bottom but otherwise convienient

View blocked by window advertising. Map audio and sites mismatched hard to follow. A lot of the audio terminal for headphones didn’t work. Very difficult to follow along. It was exhausting and confusing in an extreme turmoil of chaotic crowded traffic. One and done

Great way to see the area. There are 2 routes and we took both. Weather was perfect and we really enjoyed both routes.

It was a rainy overcast day so we didn’t use the service. We stayed with the luxury of the cruise ship. I’m giving 4 stars as I know others we are traveling with swear by the HOHO

First HOHO experience

This was my first HOHO experience. Really appreciated the two routes here in Genoa. I used the bus multiple times! In the beginning to get a feel for the city and then to actually HOHO at places I wanted to visit.

Nothing really memorable of this tour, other than the hour+ wait for bus. Only got to do the red route, the blue bus line would have meant another 40+ minutes waiting in the sun. Come to find out that the city buses and trains are free between 10 a.m. to 4p.m.

Excursions to Avoid

We cannot recommend Genova or this service to anyone. If you're porting in this city, take an excursion that goes to another location. The radios do not work half the time. They are not even close to being in sync. There is no announcement og what stop you are at to help you plan to get off. The drivers sit at stop 3 for long periods of time and then eat their lunch. No notification to frustrated passengers who are just wait for an hour to move. Good luck if you need a red line in the afternoon 3 blue lines with the red line again waiting at stop 3. The staff on the blue line that dropped us off was ride and yelled at two passengers for coming down the wrong steps. While waiting for a red bus near cruise ship, 3 groups gave up and went back to the ship. Worst excursion experience I have ever experienced.

Great tour to see the whole city. Service was helpful and friendly. The first stop was right outside of the gates when we got off the cruise ship. The busses run constantly. Longest wait was about 10 minutes. Don't be afraid to hop on or off if you see an area you like. Take the Blue line to see more of the city.

Genoa is an incredible city, a must see! Hop on/off was the quickest and easiest way to do it. We were able to ride both Blue and Red routes and fortunate to have Martina as our on board guide. She was very helpful and polite. Especially with elderly people who needed assistance and insured everyone was seated and maximized seating. Martina was absolutely awesome! Thank you

Easy to follow the bus on our phone ap. We were well cared for and enjoyed this a lot. Very nice people attending and driving the bus. Quite helpful in getting us to the stops we needed.
