This was a really interesting tour with some great stops! It was only my wife and I with the tour guides which was an added bonus as we had the opportunity to get to know our guides Julia and Miguel. The first stop was a beautiful village on the coast, then later in the day we stopped at two really cool medieval towns. We learned a lot about the brave coast and it was great getting out of the city. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

We had no idea that the Costa Brava is so gorgeous! The introduction was well organized and allowed for comfortably walking in the towns and learning some of the history of the area. We also were impressed with the choice of restaurant for lunch. The medieval towns were interesting and picturesque. Peter our guide was fantastic. He was enthusiastic and friendly. His knowledge of the area was impressive. He presented a passionate and engaging history of Costa Brava, Cataluña and Spain in general.

Visit to Calella and Costa Brava coast on a perfect day. Very impressive guide doing a non-stop bilingual commentary, switching between Spanish and English seamlessly. Lunch was good value and authentic Catalan. The touristy hill villages were pleasant to wander through. We learnt a lot about the local history from our very knowledgeable guide.

Our trip with Marcal was fantastic.He was the most knowledgeable guide about the local history I’ve ever had!! He was great about the pacing of the tour and willing to answer any question! This tour was a must for anyone wanting to see the Costa Bravo!! A nod to our driver who was so courteous!!

We had a wonderful day. Every stop was unique and amazing in its own way. Alber, our guide, was a phenomenal host. He took us to an amazing restaurant for lunch in addition to leading us through the various stopping points. This tour is full of rich history, delicious food and a friendly guide.

I do not like tours and...

I do not like tours and intentionally avoid them. We booked this tour because I really wanted to see a bit of Costa Brava but didn't want to drive. We could not have been more delighted with our experience! Carme was very sweet and efficient, made sure things ran smoothly. She was knowledgeable and supportive throughout the trip. Marc, our guide, was a truly fabulous gem in every way. He is so personable, kind, great English, accommodating in all ways. He is extremely knowledgeable about local history, culture and beauty in the area. We learned about pirates, castles, agriculture, community, travel suggestions, customs--he was a font of knowledge. What's more, Marc actually wants to take pictures so we have awesome shots of my daughter and me together! We ate like royalty in Pals, which I never would have even known existed if it weren't for Marc and Carme! He even encouraged us to see more of Girona and we kept speaking of him after our tour, grateful for his suggestions. I so highly recommend this or any tour with Marc and Carme. You will come back enriched with knowledge, experience and a thirst for more! You rock, Marc!

I cannot recommend Carmen and Marc enough! We stayed in the medieval city of Girona, and enjoyed our tours with them immensely. Our trip would not have been the same. The trips were nice since they were more than just a drive by experience. We were able to walk, enjoy the beach views, have lunch, and enjoy a few glasses of wine while sampling the wonderful landscapes of Costa Brava. The van was new, comfortable, and clean. They provided water, answer all of our silly questions about the region, and even helped us with our Spanish. They felt like family to us. We even paid them to transport us to back to Barcelona for our flight! You cannot wrong by using this company!! It was private, and very lovely!
