Trancy was super knowledgeable and supportive during this nice tour around Fontainhas neighbourhood, we also had a nice break at 31st Jan coffee place and nice Portuguese live music show drinking some local beverages, definitely no miss if you are in Goa

Hinaz is the best tour guide we've ever had in India. She is informative, entertaining and thoughtful. She told us wonderful stories with interesting anecdotes. The beautiful Fontainhas neighborhood came alive, and we felt lucky to be there. The taste treats, postcards, music and little gifts at the end of our tour were such a sweet surprise! Great way to experience Fountainhas

This was a great way to experience Fountainhas efficiently. Without the guide, we would not have visited the places we did. Our guide was Petulla and she was very helpful and patient with us as we had a difficult time finding the meetup place at first. The company was also very great to work with - we experienced a hiccup in our travel plans and we were able to reschedule the tour with ease.

We had visited Fontainhas on our own last year and loved it so wanted to show our relatives with more information and history. Our guide was lovely but we did not see a fraction of what we saw last year and felt there was too much standing around talking instead of sight seeinng

Hinaz was a excellent story teller. Thoroughly knowledgeable about Panjim, Goa and Indian history in general. We covered a lot of ground and it was punctuated by several good stops, especially Chico the Fado singer. I highly recommend this tour.

Fontainhas Heritage Walk by MakeItHappen

This tour offers a lovely glimpse into Fontainhas's rich history and origins. While strolling along the beautiful streets of this Portugese colony, we learnt about the migration of the capital city to Panjim, the lives of people, the spread of Caholicism, changing lifestyles, architecture and culture. We did this walking tour with some friends who have relocated to Goa and it was a great group activity! Gaurish had lots of fun stories and facts for us. Definitely recommend!

The Fontainhas Heritage Walk is a must-do for travellers to Panjim. I've been to Goa before but I feel like I have a better appreciation for the city and the State thanks to this experience. Raysancia is an excellent guide with great knowledge of history and a very friendly way of explaining the story of Goa, Panjim, and Fontainhas.
