No Experience Because No Tour

No experience to review. Because of no one show up at Pick Up point. No refund. No contact. Very disappointed about paying money for wasting time and get nothing but frustration. Thank you. I hope no one face the situation like me.

The trip never hapenned. Neither Viotor not tour operator informed me in advance. The trip was not even cancelled. The number of Travel Surity is never accessible. Please issue me a refund

No one did show up. We there waiting for more than 30 minutes but no car or bus came and pick us up.

Was staying at devaya resort for 7 days. contacted viator and agent travelsurity but did not got proper reply regarding pickup point so my day and money got wasted. dont think i will use viator again.

They charged so much extra.Bloody 100 rupee for 10 rupee MRP bottle. I didnt expect from visitor to onboard this kind of hotels. I lost so much of money without any service.
