If you have your own transportation please drive to the Safehaven Marina you will park in the first parking lot on the right side, then walk to the second gazebo. you will be able to see our catamaran with the name "BUCCANEER". Please wait at the gazebo for a member to assist you on to the boat.

Once arriving at the Cruise Ship Port in Grand Cayman, we ask you to go to the Royal Watler terminal. There will be a white tent on your left with our ACQUARIUS SEA TOURS sign below where you will be greeted by a representative to sign in and gather 25 minutes prior to your tour start time for transportation to the marina. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

The crew were AMAZING! The trip was exactly how it was explained! The snorkeling was fantastic, just amazing!
We loved the stingrays- we fed them, pet them, kissed them- so cool! Then we went to the starfish beach- another really cool adventure. Very safe, the quick bus ride to the boat was perfect! Got back to our ship in plenty if time to do more exploring around the port! We highly recommend!!!!!!

Tour guide and boat captain were great - we really enjoyed the entire experience. We saw a lot of stingrays, starfish, colorful fish, and coral.

Love this trip we went during spring break so lots of boats at the sandbar but we were able to swim with the stingrays and had a great time

Even though we were visiting Grand Cayman on a cruise, we booked with Acquarius privately as they offered 3 stops (Coral Gardens, Stingrays, and Starfish) for the same price as the cruise excursion, which only stopped at the Stingrays and Starfish. I'm glad we did as snorkelling at the Coral Garden was probably the highlight. We also didn't have to deal with the huge crowds and long lines for the cruise excursions, instead we were met at the port by Brian and taken directly to his boat. There was only one cruise ship docked that day, but the crowds were still pretty intense. Nevertheless we were still able to enjoy a decent amount of time at each stop without being impacted by the crowds too much. We appreciated the changing area and restroom on the Catamaran and there was also water and fruit punch available. All snorkelling gear was provided and it was clean and in good condition.

The Buccaneer crew made the trip very easy for us. They were responsive to our questions before the date and made a really nice experience while we were on the tour as well. The time spent at each location was perfect (1/2 day experience with 3 parts) and the boat ride was relaxing and fun.

Don’t book this tour. Operator is dishonest and when dealing with issues will not help.
As all cruise ships must tender you are at risk of boat schedule. When late there is no number to call and no one to help.
Upon arrival at port we were late 25 mins. We called two numbers and no one responded. 3 hours later the photo person responded sorry and that they would let the captain know to get us refund.
When we asked for a refund on viator the operator gave different times saying our arrival time was 30 mins earlier which is not on any document. They then changed their times in a different message and claimed they were at the port to talk to us which was not true.
Reality is for them it is best you miss the tour as they have a stand at the dock to get more customers. So good news for them we don’t get a refund and they get paid twice.
Don’t waste your time booking in advance or trust this operator.
Enjoy the stingrays with someone else!

This review that you posted is very disturbing and is not true. It appears you did not attend a tour that has a scheduled time, and you were 25min late after the tour had already started. You even stated yourself that you showed up late. The tour is to depart and begin at 12pm and you arrived at the check-in at 12:25. Your call was not answered as the captain and photographer were on the boat attending to the guests that arrived on time. The photographer also never stated you would receive a refund, she told you that you could request one through viator. We cannot wait for late guests when others have arrived on time for the scheduled tour. The tour schedule ensures that guests return to the cruise ship last tender on time and waiting excessively for late guests risks all other guests of a potential late return and then missing the last tender to the cruise ship. We did nothing wrong but provide a tour on time and on schedule and you were 25min past the tour time and grace period and your accusations are falsified. The trust was that all guests enjoyed the tour and were returned safety to the port on time. If we were to return you 25 minutes late to your last tender the cruise ship would not have held 3000+ people and waited.

Beautiful day but somewhat a lack luster tour. Type of boat was switched last minute (the boat advertised was used for a private tour). Snorkel sight had limited fish etc to see. Stingray City was very busy with at least 12 other boats there. One guide on the boat did a nice job of providing some factual info regarding rays and starfish. No music and ran out of bottled water early on. Tour lacked the warm, fun feelings we've experienced on other catamaran tours.

Hi Susan, thank you for this review and we are glad you had attended the stingray city tour. We see that you had arrived by cruise ship as there were 4 ships in port. It was a very busy day and we had to make adjustments because of some of the ship's arrival times changed that morning. We cannot control these changes and we do our best to ensure everyone gets to attend and then returned to port on time. We also have no control over the wildlife as some days are better than others as that everyone wants to see the stingrays at the same time. What is most important is that you got to attend this day as lately numerous cruise ships have cancelled Grand Cayman stop due to weather. We hope to see you again in the future and the conditions are better next time.
