Pickup is only for guest located in the hotels we have listed. If the guest are located outside our hotel list, feel free to drive to our location "Safehaven Dr, Turn Berry Dr, all the way down to the to the last cabana Dock #18" If you are staying at an, AIRBNB, V.R.B.O. BODDEN TOWN, NORTHSIDE, or EAST END you can drive to directly to the marina. - Please confirm with us that you are driving - ------ONLY FOR PASSENGERS COMING OF THE SHIPS AT "SPOTTS" --------- At times due to the weather ships will divert to another port around the island call "Spotts". If you do end up here at Spotts you don't need to take action, we will pick you up.

Easy to locate at the cruise port. Comfortable ride to the boat. Good communication from the captain and deck hands. Plenty of support during the individual events. Just wish it was longer.

Great trip

Apparently a stingray tour is a must do in Cayman and it did not disappoint. First stop was to snorkel which was just long enough to enjoy the water and see a few fish. Second stop was to visit the stingrays and we were even able to feed them. This area had alot of boats with people in the water so I'm not sure if it would be as enjoyabe in the very busy season. Last stop was a quiet beach where we got to hold star fish and learn all about them. The trip overall was alot of fun. The staff was great in helping everyone and making it enjoyable.

A disappointment

Stngray City was a disappointment because all got off the boat and looked around for Stingrays that other boat operators had captured. We all were waiting for our guide to pull out the bait to attract them to us but he never did that until most of us were already back on board. So we really only got to see 1 stingray up close.

Excursion got cancelled...

Excursion got cancelled with no notice. Ground staff did not offer any alternative and was stranded with 6 children and 6 adults with no plans for the day .

Very much worth the time and the cost. The crew was very helpful and made it fun. We enjoyed our swim with the stingrays the best. It was surprising to see all the boats gathered together on the little sandbar.

Stingrays and Starfish were great

Stingrays and starfish were great but the coral "reef" left a bit to be desired. Unfortunately our boat captains had a real difficult time dropping anchor and between the 3 stops we likely lost at least an hour of time with continually moving the boat and trying to drop anchor. It was also a much larger group than I expected so lots of waiting at stingray city which was unfortunate. We also had a horrible bus experience with too many people on the bus so we had to double up and the tour operator/bus driver repeatedly saying "the boat already left so we're trying to find boats for you". This was concerning as our tour meet up time at the dock was 9am and we were there before that. She broke the bus group into several groups and threw a couple on various boats. She was very confusing, frantic, and rude. The experience of seeing the things was great but that set the tone and then the boat anchoring issues were unfortunate. I would probably try to book a small group or completely private tour for just my group. They also didn't have any kids life vests or snorkel gear nor did they have any flippers and the ocean was choppy so it made it hard to swim. All the other snorkel boats had flippers so that was disappointing as well.

Perfect multi stop trip

We picked this as our cruise ship modified its port to Grand Cayman about 2 weeks before sailing. Once on the ship we didn’t have cell service or email. When we arrived at the port we were told we had been sent a message that due to high waves we might not want to go. We decided it was worth the risk. Once we got back we saw the email that actually said they had cancelled the trip due to weather but that was obviously not true. We did hear the bus driver talking about not wanting to make another stop at the hotel to pick up guests due to an overpacked bus. It seems like they were trying to cancel us so they had room for people staying on the island. But they made room for us and the trip itself was fantastic. It was a beautiful day, the boat tour guide was very friendly and informative. The stops were just the right amount of time that you weren’t in any one place for too long. Great length of trip and plenty of time to get back to our ship.

Great excursion for ages 1-70+. Would do again.

Friendly, knowledgeable team on the boat. Appropriate amount of time at each stop. Stingray photos were priced kinda outrageously ($100 for whatever was snapped in a minute per family) but there was NO sales pressure.

We had an amazing time! We were able to swim with stingray, hold them with help of the guide and hold starfish. The waters were a little rough. However, it was an excellent trip. We did the excursion off of the cruise line. Very reasonably priced! Highly recommend. Great for kids and adults alike.
