This was a great experience

Had the best time. Bring several sets of clothes as your clothes will get wet during kayaking and you might want to wear something nice at the dinner after the beach. Also bring a couple of swimsuits. The food was great, the rooms were good, the showers were clean and the water pressure was good and hot. I didn't feel too much motion which was nice because I sometimes get seasick.

Besides all the activities offered, the food served was amazing. Most of the attractions are really crowded, I hope that provided of good planning you can get there during the most convenient hours.

Halong bay is beautiful and it’s a must see when in Hanoi. Overnight stay is recommended if you have much time. The places are very exotic and we feel safe. However, there’s a lot of people on the beach. The boat is old, but our tour guide is funny and knowledgeable. The food is good too. It would be nice if the boat will get a little upgrade, but overall- good price!

Ha Long Bay is a must-see if you're in Vietnam and these tours are the best way to do so. On the first day we had lunch then walked up a small hill to a va tale point and relaxed on a beach, before going to the secret cave. The evening had a cooking class where we made fresh spring rolls followed by a drink with the other passengers. The second day, we kayaked in a secluded part of Ha Long, before having lunch and heading back. Whilst the activities were good, j would've enjoyed more full days. Ha Long can get very busy with all the tours, so often, it's difficult to make the most of some of the bigger attractions. My room was comfortable, however the air conditioning did not work and my shower didn't go past lukewarm. Would recommend going on this tour with a friend or partner.

Ha Long Bay is one of the must see in Vietnam, amazing experience. The transfer from / to Hanoi was well-organized. The wessel is not a luxury one but has all features that is needed for a perfect program. The crew was very attentive and helpful, the foods on board were delicious, evening entertainment was perfect, it brought group members to become friends. tour guide lai (or li?) was very professional and friendly, very knowledgeable and had a comfortable pace throughout the trip the bartender tony was quite funny too, drinks were great and not diluted cruise room and toilet was clean and comfortable, while the food was decent. overall I had a very enjoyable time, 2d1n felt just right and enough to make friends

Nice trip but quite short, I would recommend doing 3 days & 2 nights. Tour guide was amazing, food was delicious (just not a lot of veggie options) and activities were fun. Everything was clean and well organised.

Better try it in the summer

Ha Long Bay is very picturesque and magical place. It is perfect for pictures and videos, relax and outdoor activities. But the boat we were accommodated on was old. Аll night we listened the noise of the diesel aggregate and - worse - breathed the exhaust gases that entered the cabin. The crew stopped the air conditioners at 10pm and when we opened a window to ventilate the cabin it was getting very cold. On the way back the second ship's engine failed and we had to tow it to the port. So we were over an hour late. However - our trip was an interesting experience. The nature is great, although it's cold in the winter and some of the activities don't take place. The greatest part of the trip was the food. On the ship we were offered huge quantities of delicious and varied food. The tour guide tried very hard to acquaint us with information about everything around. But he gave us very little time for photos and videos. It should talk less and instead help us make memories!

Overall the tour was very good! There was a lot of delicious food, and the service from the boat crew and tour guide were really great. Halong bay itself is very touristy and crowded, but the sights are worth it. The cabins on the boat were very minimal and not luxurious, but had what you needed for a one night stay.

Had an absolutely incredible time in HaLong Bay with Cozy bay cruises. I have never seen anything quite like it. A highlight was going for a swim at Tip Top Island and watching the sunset in the water. Our guide and boat crew were super helpful and welcoming

Just spend the extra money

Don’t bother, I wish we would have spent the extra 20-30 pounds for a better cruise. Ha long bay itself is a must do activity - it was so beautiful to see but our experience of Cozybay cruises was that they are unorganised and are not very helpful. - They changed times for activities without telling us leaving half of us on the boat. - They skipped over activities listed on the itinerary not even asking if anyone wanted to do them but they had plenty of time to make 2 stops at a pearl farm?? It was cool to see the first time but the next day to stop again was unnecessary. - We realised that one of our bags was not unloaded off of the bus whilst we were still at the port and instead of helping us fix it they just said we will have to wait until tomorrow, no regard for the fact that we had important belongings in this bag. We had to really insist that our guide would even phone the driver. - When the driver was supposed to bring it with him the next day he forgot it. - You don’t cook anything in the cooking class - just roll up 1 small rice paper roll Basically they don’t really care about you enjoying it, just rush you through the activities to check them off Overall really enjoyed Ha long bay but would not book through CozyBay cruises

Two days in beautiful Halong Bay

Really enjoyed our two day trip to beautiful Halong Bay. The team made us very welcome and kept us occupied. Scenery was stunning, room was comfy, food plentiful and tasty and the activities good fun. Sugar was an excellent host.
Halong Bay is Great, Tour Could Use Some Work

The Bay itself is great but the entire experience was a bit of a let down, due mainly to just how touristic it is and partly due to the tour company. If I could go back, I would do either a day trip since you would do almost all the same activities, or pay a bit more for a significantly nicer boat. Some things that stood out: Pros: - really beautiful area with lots of activities - great tour guide and staff are extremely friendly and helpful - food generally good with huge portions Cons: - the Bay itself is dirty and incredibly busy - the boat looks about 20 years older than one would expect from the pictures - the rooms are smaller than expected, and smell bad / were dirty - the AC in the rooms only runs at night which is a serious problem in 35C+ weather

I had a great time on this very relaxing tour. It takes you to some of the most beautiful places of the Bay. The boat itself is not extremely big but I liked it because it's cozy and you still have your own private space in your cabin. Overall it was a fun but also very relaxing two day tour that I would highly recommend.
