What an incredible experience. Big bus came and picked us up and took us all the way to the ocean. We then boarded a transportation boat, which then took us to the dragon. All the activities were fun, including going on a boat going swimming and tai chi in the morning with a little bit of kayaking. This is definitely a once in lifetime experience. But more importantly our guide Mr. Bruce Lee was awesome and then just getting to know people from all over the world. Australia, England, New Zealand, Germany, Canada in the US. They gave plenty of time for us to bond with other passengers which makes it special.
Amazing experience on a beautiful boat

We had a great time. A very comfortable bus ride with a bathroom stop on the way To Haling Bay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were so cozy and clean. There were many activities but none were mandatory. We swam and kayaked and even caught a squid. The food was so good and there were so many options. I would highly recommend this tour. Two thumbs up from Canada

Young Harry was very attentive and cheerful throughout the journey, interacting with all the guests. He satisfied our every curiosity, ensuring nothing was lacking with great care. He proved to be a highly successful tour guide. The ship was beautiful and clean, and we didn't have to worry about anything while enjoying the enchanting scenery. The internet connection in the dining hall was problematic, and improvements could be made in this regard.
Underwhelming and overpriced 1 and 1/2 day “cruise”

Only saving grace for this tour was the amazing views. Everything else was underwhelming. The ship was old and outdated. It’s really a 1 and a half day tour so set your expectations to that. Our room had a funky odor coming from the bathroom. There were not many activities to take part in on the actual boat. If I were You I’d find a better tour or just take a day trip to Ha long.

Breakfast at 6:30 and lunch at 9:30 so we can leave the boat as soon as possible. This is not a 5 star cruise either. Which cave? Only in the title of this there are 3 lies. Just awful. Overpriced drinks on the boat, no Wi-Fi, no hot water. Avoid it and thank me later.

Should make something clear for your bad review with us. - The itinerary is very detailed and clear, cruise goes to route 1, less tourists more time to relax on the cruise with beautiful limestone on Bay. - All cruises not only us, on the 2nd day, breakfast is early morning, brunch around 9:30am ( details on the tour, should read before you book). - You will check out that time, then housekeeping will clean and we have to welcome new customers at 12pm. ( should smart to understand this information) - Not on our cruise, all cruises and on Bay, not data, not strong wifi. It is not on Land. With bad review about the information which were showed clearly, is not fair with us. Anyway thank you! Regards, Michael!

Dragon Bay cruise experience was great! Henry was a great tour guide! He helped to organize everything very well. Kayaking was definitely the most fun part of the trip. The cruise itself, the room and facilities, the food and drinks were all top notch. Can't miss the sunrise so wake up early. HaLong Bay is amazing! There are so many cruise tour options but Dragon Bay was a great choice for us! Thank you to all the staff and operators for this wonderful 2D/1N cruise experience.

Bad customer service

I got really sick the night before the tour. I was hopeful I’d be better by the morning, but instead I got worse, and the company refused to even consider giving me a refund even though I could have given them medical proof. They said it is impossible for Viator to give refunds, but that is a lie. I have been given refunds before for medical reasons. They didn’t even offer to reschedule us. I was so so sad to not be able to go, and it made it so much worse that we lost so much money.

Personal amable pero camarote sucio

La excursión en sí ha sido agradable y el entorno es único. Ahora bien; El camarote del barco olía fatal, la ducha no tenía agua caliente y las sábanas de mi cama estaban sucias. Al transmitir esto en recepción me contestan que no se puede hacer nada. La guía, una chica muy simpática, pero no ha explicado absolutamente nada. Sólo nos explicaba los horarios de las actividades, pero en ningún momento hemos recibido ninguna explicación sobre la naturaleza, las formaciones kársticas de la bahía, profundidad, fauna o flora del entorno... que se supone que debería ser el trabajo de una guía. Francamente vengo bastante decepcionado.
