I would definitely use again! My airline used this transportation to pick up us on our layovers so I decide to use them on my personal vacation. 10/10 they were very friendly, came looking for me while I was waiting on my luggage took me to the pick up spot. Driver was so sweet and funny gave us great recommendation and was very friendly loved!

Convenience and great price for a family of 3 not bringing a car seat. Although the instructions could have been clearer. The address provided didn't take us to the right place. Should just said follow the signs to pre-arrange buses and shuttle pickup area. That would have gotten us there faster.

After teavelling/flying for 24 hours from country of residence to Hawaii.....we were picked up at dropped off at the wrong hotel address with 4 pieces of luggage.....after trying to explain to the operator we were dropped off at the wrong address for 20mins......the operator refused to help and hung up the phone......had to make my own way to correct address

First we were called 3 times. Once when we were still ON the plane, then on our way to get our bags again, waiting for our bags. We had already been told where to wait for our transport in the airport once we got our bags. Once we got to where the dispatch told us to go, the driver was not there. He called asking where we were. We told him and he told us 'we never pick up people there'. When i explained again that we were told to wait there, he told me if I gave him attitude he was leaving. What a great start to our 1st visit to Hawaii. We were going to use same company to go back to the airport but NEVER again and we will tell friends and family to never use this company again because of this very rude driver!!

When we arrived in Honolulu, we went to the Baggage claims area. We weren’t sure where to find our shuttle so we asked security then we called the number on our receipt and we told where to go just two minutes outside baggage claim area.. the lady who drove the bus was very nice and informative . White van with VIP in Red .just need the right van.

The shuttle rep met us by the baggage claim area on time but made no attempt to help us with the baggage although we had a substantial distance to walk to the shuttle. I could not handle any more luggage and my wife had a difficult time due to a torn rotator cuff. The other rep from the shuttle service had a cart and helped two gentlemen but our rep did nothing. The ride to our hotel was fine.
