What To Expect

I enjoyed the welcoming friendly attitude of the drivers. They were helpful with my baggage and were not dramatic as traveling can already be stressful. The rides were on time and dependable. I felt I was being watched over being far away from home. My travel was made more comfortable by this shuttle service.

PE is very knowledgeable about the history of Hawaii. Quick stops at each area and commentary and interesting things to see. Very early start. The pineapple and nuts are all about shopping as there is nothing to do there except buy stuff but very good value.

Driver didn’t have us listed as a scheduled pickup upon our arrival. A lot of confusion even though I had presented a email confirmation and bar coded boarding pass. No explanation as to what happened and driver left us sitting on the bench at the airport. Driver returned and let us board. No explanation as to what happened. Very upsetting and also a lot of personal anxiety as to the likelihood that our return transfer would go as planned.

We were impressed with the representative who met us. She announced my name at the baggage carousel, and was very personable and patient because it took over 30 minutes to get our bags. She then escorted us to the bus. The driver was great since this was our first visit to Honolulu he gave us a mini tour on the way to our hotel. He pointed out places of interest and is extremely knowledgeable about the city. Overall good experience.
