Enjoyable and informative with a side of hilarity

Our tour was conducted by All Star tours with DJ Ray Ray and Johnny. We hit all the promised spots, but these personalities made it fun. They were knowledgeable but comedic, and really nice making everyone feel like family. The shrimp lunch at Taka(I think) was so delicious. As I said, the guides were full of personality, so expect the unexpected.

Ethan, our tour guide, was the absolute best and the reason I would recommend this tour to everyone. He was very knowledgeable and also so friendly and accommodating. We got to see so much, and had great food along the way. I learned a lot about Hawaiian history and culture.

The tour operator canceled the trip due to lack of people signed up. Tried to set up another trip but could get it worked out. Did not have enough time to reschedule as we were flying out next day.

Disappointing downgraded experience

We booked this tour for our honeymoon because in the description it says that it is a small group tour with comfort seats for the premium experience. We were told the day before that the tour was “upgraded for additional activities” so we weren’t given any other choices. The result being they actually downgraded us to another tour and outsourced us to All star tour is only $79 per person where we paid about $140 USD per person When we get picked up in the morning the driver did not even have our names and had to call up Daniel to make sure we were part of the tour Disappointing experience and Very poor organisation i can tell they just throw us with all star tour because of the following: -We didn’t get picked up from our hotel and had to walk to a pick up area. -We didn’t get the snorkel equipments like the others had and so we had to buy our own. -There wasn’t water provided on the bus like on the description -For the vehicle it was not the van they had in the picture it was a tour bus (more like a school bus) with 24ppl crowded because we weren’t on the drivers booking list we were sent to the very back. Seats were not comfortable -Communication with operator was poor they had to send us a message to confirm that we are on the All star tour bus and this further proofs that we were outsourced to another tour group At least be honest and communicate with us with our bookings and refund the difference in price or something not ghosting us when we try to reach out

I have to say, for the price, I found the tour rather boring. I've taken a similar tour of O'hau and visited more exciting places and learned more about the landmarks, at a lower price than the cost of this tour. I didn't find our tour guide to be very knowledgeable. It was a bit disappointing.

This was our first day in Hawaii. It was a great way to see the highlights of what the island had to offer. We had a hit if a mix up at the beginning with the time, but we were picked up and able to do the tour. Fumi’s Shrimp Shack was good. But if your not into snorkeling, it was a lot of time to kill on the beach.

Terrible pickup coordination

The trip itself was so so. However, the coordination of the pickup is terrible. First of all, this agency can never ever be contacted by phone calls. Only through messages and they didn’t reply messages timely. The day before my trip I messaged them and waited and was told I would be picked up from hotel at 7:50 am to 8:10 am range. Next morning I called the number I was given the day before for the exact pick up time in the morning. I called them around 7:45 am. Then in the call, the guy was very rude and impatient. He told me the van will be there in 2 mins. I asked about car plate and type of the car and he stopped me by saying just get there! If I didn’t call, I don’t know what will happen if I would be able to catch the van. I do not like the trip with this agency.

To be honest, we are not exactly sure what your complaint is. We reviewed the transcript of calls and messages. You called / texted a few times outside office hours, which leads to longer response times. However, the longest response time was 1 hour 57 minutes. Our office is open: 6:30am-4pm with an hour off from 10:30-11:30am 7 days a week You can reach us at +1 (808) 400-4481 Pickup time was between 750am - 810am, you called and texted at 745am to tell us you were ready. We were already on the way over. You booked a semi-private tour with us, meaning we have multiple pickups. We always try to be as efficient as possible. Sometimes we have to wait for guests to get ready, sometimes the traffic is bad. In your case everything was fine and we picked you up in time. We are always happy to learn from our mistakes, but some people we just can’t please. Hopefully you got to relax during your vacation - because that’s what a vacation in Hawaii is all about, isn’t it? We appreciate you coming on tour with us. Much ALOHA, DanielsHawaii.com

Island Tour

Nice day out, seeing some of the sites of Honolulu. All the places we stopped at just gave us time to take photos, apart from the Dole plantation, where we had a little more time. Lunch at the shrimp 🍤 shack was good.
