Pickup details

We will contact you on the day before the tour to confirm pickup details. If you are on a ship, please contact us on the day before the tour for pickup details. No bags of any kind, brand, size, color, or for any reason are allowed to enter the Pearl Harbor visitor center. Please absolutely bring no bags with you. Bags may not be left inside our tour vehicle. If you have a bag, you will need to check them into the visitor center bag storage. This costs money, and you may have to wait in a long line to check in your bags. You may lose a portion of your tour, or your Arizona boat ticket may expire. Please do not bring any bag of any size, color, or brand with you for any purpose. (Clear see-through bags are permitted should you need to bring essential items such as diapers and formula for infants or medication such as insulin). Tour and ticket times may change based on traffic, federal government regulations, or new Pearl Harbor restrictions. While tickets are included in all of our Pearl Harbor tours, there are a few times a year there are situations that arise when tickets are not available to us. In this case, we will use the standby procedure by NPS ( National Park Service ) will be used. The U.S. Navy has the right to cancel the Arizona Memorial shuttle boat at any time due to public safety. However, we have no control over the U.S. navy or other organizations in charge. Ford Island is part of the active military base, Joint Base Pearl Harbor – Hickam, and the U.S. Government has the right to restrict access to Ford Island without notice. This is beyond our control, and we follow the federal agency's rules.

Very somber, but important part of history. It was a great experience and a smooth tour, thanks to Tom. It was organized and he provided historical details about Hawai’i on the trip to/from and even made stops along the way for photo opportunities. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This was disappointing because we booked a small luxury tour of Pearl Island. This indicated it was guided and was thought to include the memorial along with The Missouri and the bowfin. It did not. Everyone on our bus seemed to have booked something else. Everyone was questioning what the actual tour was. People literally were calling the company. When we met back at the bus we were greeted with wet dripping cans of juice and Costco peanuts. When we left Pearl Harbor we took a very weird and random drive. (Not listed in our booked excursion) The driver was just having random intermittent conversation about places he liked to eat at. It was not great and I would not book again or recommend it.

Dear Lori, Aloha By writing your review we understand that there was no problem with our service. You had a problem with everything and everybody. Otherwise you would not be complaining about the complimentary cold can of tropical juce which was brought out of the cooler and given to your hand. It is shocking that you are complaining about things that do not exist and you want to get things that you did not buy and pay for. Please go back to your confirmation and look at it to see if any Missouri or Bowfin was part of your tour. Or visit the website where you purchased our service to see if the tour you purchased mentioned any word about the USS Missouri or the USS Bowfin Submarine. You probably know all of this and are wasting our time. It is sad. What is sadder that you got a wonderful tour and you are complaining about almost everything. We are sorry that the complimentary nuts that were given to you as snack was purchased from Costco. Next time, it would be better for you to inform the company you are booking with where they should purchase their items, what kind of people drives their cars, and where they get their gas along with the rest their stuff. On the tour that you been on there were 6 couples and some of them tipped the driver $50 to $100 and they were all happy. At the end, we wish you a long life and we hope the information a bove can clarify your misunderstanding.

Brilliant Pearl Harbour Trip

Can highly recommend this trip & would definitely book it again. Roland our driver was early picking us up from the cruise port. (We were sent a WhatsApp confirmation the night before, with the exact pick up time & point, & some useful information) He was friendly, helpful & informative. We were offered water on pick up. Roland took us into the Pearl Harbour visitors area, gave us our fast track pass for the ferry to get to The Arizona memorial & explained a few points to us. We had ample time (about 3 hours) to visit the memorial, the 2 museums, the gift shop & the outside area. On pick up Roland offered us cold water, soda & snacks. We had a small tour in the mini van of nearby areas, then taken to The Palace, where we could take photos for 5 minutes. We were then dropped off at our cruise ship again. This trip was a fraction of the price of similar trips, especially from the cruise ship. Our 1 SMALL criticism would be that we would have loved the chance to spend longer at Pearl Harbour, so we could have had time to visit USS Missouri & the submarine. We knew what we were getting to begin with, as far as the time of the trip, so this is not a negative. Our constructive feedback would be to have been offered an option of a later pick up, obviously at an additional cost. But we were extremely happy with this trip. Thank you. :-)

Strangely, on the same day, we got a flat tire, and one of our vehicles overheated from being in traffic, both of which were beyond our control. There are nails in the street, and Honolulu is famous for traffic. However, we are glad that we could take you to Pearl Harbor, that we could provide the reserved Arizona Memorial tickets to you, and that you could do your tour. and on the way back, even when our vehicle overheated, we could put you on a partner company's vehicle to return you and drop you off close to your hotel. Which is about two minutes away from the drop-off point by foot. Regarding that, we are talking to the booking agent. Once again, we appreciate the opportunity to serve you, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Found this tour on Viator and it was on sale so we decided to try it out. It was a very nice experience. We were picked up in a limo and dropped off at the memorial with about 2.5 hours to roam around and take a boat to the Arizona. It’s nice not having a large group of people with us. My only complaint, if you want to call it that, is that the description stated we were supposed to receive a snack, but didn’t receive one. However we returned to our hotel with plenty of time for lunch.

We understand that because your tour did not include the city tour, the driver possibly forgot to give it to you as he dropped you off. It would have been fine to remind the driver. The limo was a complete and wonderful surprise!! Our guide Thomas was excellent. The visit to the memorial was sobering. I was able to explain to my grandson the significance of those giving their lives for our freedoms. And we must never forget them

Worst Viator tour of my life. Nothing luxury about it. All you get is a driver to take you from the city to Pearl Harbor. No tour, no explanations, nothing. Not worth the money. You can buy a USS Arizona ticket for a dollar on the the US Government Park Service website.

Dear Mark, Aloha We understand that you are upset because the US Navy shut down the shuttle boats for the safety of the public due to bad weather. But leaving these inaccurate comments is not the right thing to do. It is clearly mentioned, as part of our policy and on the website where you purchased the tour, that we cannot be held responsible for the actions of the United States government. All other companies are following the same policy. We do not know what you believe to be luxury in your eyes, but in our eyes, normal Pearl Harbor tours are in crowded buses and minibusses with between 30 and 60 people and hours of hassling and waiting around for others. We put you and your wife along with another couple, which is a total of 4 people, in a large 7-passenger late-model black SUV. With a 7-foot-tall American driver to drive you like a personal chauffeur to Pearl Harbor at 10 AM like a VIP. You were also provided with reserved Arizona Memorial tickets directly to your hand (which we reserved two months in advance while competing with 500 other companies), provided bottled water, tropical juice, and a snack, and waited to return you back to your hotel hours later. All of this would be considered an ultra-luxury service in the eyes of people who live in America. Keeping in mind that you were also upgraded to this service. We appreciate your giving us the opportunity to serve you.
