It was a great tour. The tour leader, Hertin, accommodated some special requests I had. I especially enjoyed Istiqlal Mosque and Jakarta Cathedral.

Our guide Rizky was knowledgeable, informative and friendly, he’s an excellent guide, we learned a lot about the history of Jakarta and he answered all my questions . He’s always looking out for us especially when crossing the street. Suparno was polite and very patient driver. The tour was well organized. I highly recommend this tour.

Rizky and ND were great!! This tour was about 8.5 hours and I saw a lot! Having a driver to drop off and pick up was super helpful given the traffic in Jakarta. Enjoyed this tour very much and Rizky was a fantastic guide!

Really good tour for an overview of Jakarta visiting the main tourist attractions, the afluent and rougher areas. Our guide, Benny, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered every question we had and made us feel welcome throughout.

We had a great time at the tour. All the costs where included in the price, nothing additional, no tourist traps. Our guide Rafael was really friendly and super well informed, so he could tell us a lot about the City. He even took some extra time to show us more of the rising new parts of jakarta. The offer is really fair, you will get a lot for the price and won't scammed. Would definetly recommend!

Miss Hertin was so Amazing today , we had full rich day of history and sites , this was perfect for our stop in Jakarta , we definitely recommend her and the tour , I forgot the driver’s name he was great too , navigating through the crazy traffic in Jakarta , he did so good.

Enjoyed the tour tremendously, and tour guide Catherine has been most helpful and accommodating. The only major negative was the Viator booking page, the transport charges for hotel pick up was not clear neither were they helpful.

No highlights.All terrible. Driver late for pick up. Guide spoke with driver more than describing Jakarta. Terrible meal. Guide unaware that mass held at cathedral on Sunday and I had to insist we come back later in the day so I could go inside

Hello Monika, we apologize and feel very sad that you didn't enjoy this tour. Our driver arrived 30 minutes before the pick-up time (we sent proof of car park entry ticket), but because we didn't have your telephone/WhatsApp number (you refused to give it before the day of the tour), our driver waited in the lobby for more than 1 hour, after 30 minutes from the pick-up time, you email us that you are in the lobby (it's difficult for our driver to find you because there are lots of people in the lobby at that time). In the end, our driver waits in front of the receptionist and you meet him. Because of this, you are in a bad mood, and the guide and driver have apologized and tried to explain the history, but you are still in a bad mood and are not interested in the conversation with the guide. We have photos of you visiting all the highlights (National Monument, Istiqlal mosque, Old Town, Puppet, etc.). At that time, there was a wedding mass at the church, so you had to postpone it until it was finished, and you visited it before returning to the hotel. We are happy because all the planned programs were successfully visited. We apologize if our service standards do not meet your expectations. This will be a valuable lesson for us to improve our services. Hopefully, this will not be a bad memory for you about tourism in Indonesia. Thank you very much for your review.

We had the guide and his driver, which was a good thing. Traffic is very congested and it would be difficult to talk and drive at same time. our party of four adults were picked up and dropped off at the cruise port. Guide was a mature gentleman ( sounded like GP) who was very knowledgeable about Indonesia- including political election. He was very patient and communicative. Will recommend him highly.

Our tour to Jakarta city tour has been very informative and interesting. Visited many Indonesia's landmarks and historical sites. Our tour guides, Vincent and Noura, both were helpful and patient with us during the tour. They were highly knowledgeable of all local historical backgrounds of each monument.
