      We will meet self driving guests in the lobby at Ward Air. Ward Air is in its own building at the Juneau Airport, just outside the one-way only area of the airport itself. There is plenty of free parking at their office.

    Pickup details

    If you are arriving by cruise ship or staying at a downtown hotel, we will meet you at the "C" sign at the base of the Mt. Roberts Tram at the departure time. If you are on a ship arriving at the AJ Dock less than 30 minutes prior to the depart time, or you are staying in a hotel outside of downtown, please contact us directly.

    • The remaining time is spent driving to/from the airport, and flying to/from the bear viewing location.
    • Guests must be able to disembark a seaplane into water, and walk over 1/2 mile of slippery beach rocks to reach bear viewing area
    • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 9 travelers

    This experience is non-refundable and cannot be changed for any reason. If you cancel or ask for an amendment, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

    • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
