Very pleasant snorkel adventure on our own boat

Great people that tried hard to make a fun trip. Kept asking if we prefer anything. Had a wonderful time. Wildlife was plentiful, saw a lot. Shark, big barracudas, eel, many lobsters, Jesus, etc.

Had a very nice time. Had a few newbies in the group and Ed and Mike were great getting them acclimated. Didn’t see as much wildlife as hoped (no turtles or octopi or other unusual ones) just mostly colorful fish. Trip was a bit pricey and the forms were a bit strongly worded. But overall we enjoyed our experience.

Private snorkeling experience

I had the best snorkeling experience of my life with Island Ventures. Having a private boat is worth it, I was able to feel comfortable and to be able to follow our snorkeling person to the reefs and coral life. An excellent 2 hour adventure, swimming with a turtle and the various sealife. A big thank to captain Ed and Willie. From veena

Will and Joe I believe were amazing. My friend was in tears facing her fear of the water and Will sat down and chatted with her to help her feel better and the boat driver coached her through the whole thing. They took us to several spots and showed us where to find the good stuff. My friends and I had never snorkeled before and this was an amazing experience.

The calm waters they found after Elsa was great the fish on the reef were fantastic . We did have a little problem with the confirmed reservation but they worked it out. It was a little stressful for a while.

The crew was nice and helpful. They mentioned that the water was a bit choppy, but the water was actually pretty rough. This made snorkeling very difficult and the visibility poor! My advice is check the wind and weather conditions before you go!

Michael and Carrie were amazing hosts. They were so knowledgeable on all things about the reef. They brought us to the best spot to see all the tropical fish. They made sure we saw Jesus and Carrie even got in to the water to help us when we were having trouble finding him!!! We took the private tour with a family of 10 mixed ages. They were patient and helpful and super efficient. Snorkel equipment was in perfect condition and the noodles were so helpful for a couple of the more mature snorkelers.
