Michael was our tour guide and he was AWESOME!!! Super friendly and accommodating and despite us not being able to do snowmobiling due to the weather, the alternative quads was EPIC. This was the highlight of my short stay in Krakow and I highly recommend this fun experience for adventurers!!

such a fun experience we didn’t get to go on the snowmobiles as there was no snow but the quads was so fun. the rest of the tour and the baths was amazing and our tour guide justine was lovely

Our tour guide Pawel was outstanding he went above and beyond for us we would actually request him for future tours. We had the most amazing experience we went on Quads as there was no snow but it was amazing.

Great staff. Did not take Cards at venue but tour guide paid for me until I got to ATM. Excellent! Pick up instructions could be clearer. Free photos of activity most welcomed.

The most amazing trip we could have booked to go on. From the time our tour guide Michael met us he made us laugh, he told us about Kraków’s history, the history of places we stopped and was absolutely fabulous. Snowmobiling was a lifetime memorable trip that I’d recommend anybody to go on. There are no words to say thank you enough!!!🥰

The snow mobiles has to be one of the best things I’ve ever done, so fun I had a huge smile on my face the whole time. The mountains are incredibly beautiful. Breathtaking scenery. The drivers and guide were amazing. We loved the Oscypek cheese! The thermal swimming was fantastic although very crowded and busy.

Brilliant day! Well looked after. Snow mobiles were fantastic and views amazing! Wood village was very interesting, as was the cheese tasting, although our clothes smelt like a bonfire afterwards 😂 Thermal spa was disappointing as it was a glorified swimming pool and absolutely packed! Manic in the changing rooms and in the pools… not at all relaxing! All round great day with lots of fab memories❤️

Fantastic trip from start to finish, the snowmobiles were great we got a good hour on them and the views were amazing. The drivers and guides were lovely and friendly definitely worth it. Would recommend

What an amazing start to 2024! We were transferred by coach from the pick up point to the various activities of the day. The coach was really comfortable and there was plenty of space. We had a loo stop enroute. The cheese and wine tasting was lovely in addition to learning about the local cheese making traditions. We’d booked snow mobiles but unfortunately there was not enough snow, so we got to ride quads instead. And what a ball we had! It was exhilarating, scary at times, but amazing fun. We rode through mud tracks, rivers, puddles etc. Quads are bloody hard to manoeuvre at times, especially in the water. We were definitely put through our paces. And we got soaked! (All part of the fun) Be prepared…wellies are best 😉 or at least take a change in socks and footwear. You are provided water proof trousers and jackets if you want to wear them. Then we were whisked off to the thermal baths. And what an amazing place! So well set up with different pools, a pool bar and dining areas. The pools were busy and it’s quite noisy. The food quality is really good with plenty of options and it didn’t break the bank. Keep an eye on your towels if you rent one. Ours was swapped out with a hotel towel (we had wrapped our flip flops up on the 2 towels but that didn’t deter anyone). Remember to take your own flip flops to save you having to spend a tenner in the shop. I’d advise that you take a packed lunch and drinks as there isn’t an opportunity to buy any food until you get to the thermal baths. The whole day was totally amazing and we met some really lovely people, including the guides. We were well informed throughout the whole day which was very well organised. Yes it’s a good 3 hour plus round trip, however, well worth it!

Very Mixed experience

This trip was a very mixed bag. The snowmobiling didn't happen due to a lack of snow (which isn't the tour operators fault), however the replacement quad option was abysmal - there were not enough quads, so the group was split in two. We were in the second group, however when it was our turn we were told that there wasn't enough quads for us. The only option was a 6 person buggy, which was faulty. We were sitting in the buggy when the quad operator was working on the engine, and he opened the coolant with the engine running; spraying very hot coolant all over myself and my partner. After much coercion we did eventually get a refund for the quad hire While I understand that the quad operator isn't the same as the tour operator they are taking us there. The rest of the trip was enjoyable, however it was dampened by us smelling of coolant the whole day. the tour operator that was on the trip Marius was very friendly.

Myself and my fiancé completed the Zakopane Snowmobile Tour yesterday and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences of my life. The tour guides were very professional throughout the experience and I would highly recommend to anyone else thinking about doing it. We were collected from a pick up point in Krakow and taken to the different sections of the tour and dropped back off again - which was ideal and one less thing to worry about. Along the way, we made a stop in the Chocholow wooden village to see different traditions of living - the work and detail that have gone into these houses are outstanding. The snowmobile aspect of the tour was absolutely incredible! The tour guides took us up into the mountains and we were lucky enough to see the breathtaking views as it was a clear day. We also tried traditional Oscypek cheese which was handmade prior to us arriving. The tour guides smoked the cheese on a fire in front of us.. we even got a glass of mulled wine to enjoy round the fire - which was delicious! The final part of the tour ended with the thermal spa. We spent around 3 hours here and the views of the mountains in sunset were spectacular.

The snow mobile was so much fun, mainly has I couldn’t drive it , top tip wear protective, warm clothing. The tour guides, especially Parvel had to help us out a few times after getting stuck in the soft snow! Many thanks Parvel. The scenery and the village was beautiful and the thermal pools was good, but very busy, but we managed to find the pool with the bar 😀 highly recommend the trip.
