Customers are encouraged to bring extra wear and mosquito repellent during at the Waterfall.

Fantastic tour - highly recomnended

We had a fantastic time on the half-day tour. Our guide, Thaya, was knowledgeable and personable. He took things at a pace we could enjoy and we cannot praise him too much. The tour itself took us to some interesting places. The waterfalls were well worth the effort to get there even though we are not as agile as we were in our 20's !! The lunch was a traditional Indian style meal eaten off banana leaves. Not overly spicy but extremely tasty. Not the usual tourist place to eat! Overall 10/10 Chris & Nattie from UK

Driver was 90 minutes late... the car was dirty, smelt and the Aircon didn't work (not what I had booked or was expecting). He wasnt a tour guide Just a driver. The driver pulled over on the highway saying his car broke down, got out of the car leaving me locked in a hot sweaty car for 30mins- not knowing what was happening. Eventually another car collected me (and was surprised I wanted to be taken back to the hotel!) I have since hired a taxi for 4hours at £40 (total) to take me to the caves, we then went to the King's Palace, Chinese temple & independent square, and the taxi driver gave me a history of KL. All the sights are free - I paid £98 for the disastrous tour and except for transportation I don't know why it is so expensive- would not recommend- especially for female solo travellers like myself.

There weren’t anywhere near as nice as advertised. The whole area was dirty with rubbish around. The place we were meant to eat was dirty. We left the tour half way through asking the very helpful driver to take us back to our hotel. We have done many trips with Viator this one I would not recommend.

It was generally a good experience. Of course the weather is very hot, which may impact the level of enjoyment. Unless you are local and used to immersing your feet in the Hot Springs. It is very difficult to do so. Still it was a nice opportunity. The caves are very interesting as was the temple. The waterfall was also a nice experience. It was a short hike and they were not too many people around. The lunch was very good. The stops at the Batik and pewter factory were actually pretty nice even though I did not have much interest in either. The best part of the trip was my Guide, who was very friendly in knowledgeable.

Easy access ton the attractions. Driver/guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. We visited a couple of more places that were not listed originally in the package, so we felt as we got a great deal. Visit to Royal Selangor was great and totally unexpected.

Strenuous climb up the steps.

It’s a very strenuous climb up the steps to the cave. Around 280 steps and then some more inside if you feel like it. The cave smelled terrible. There are chickens and pigeons inside. A huge cave containing small temple.

Very good experience tour

Our driver took us early to the Batu Cave where we experienced the Thaipusam festival with already hundreds of people dressed in gold color and carrying offerings on their heads as well as some piercing their bodies and one lady was rolling on the ground all the way from the entrance gate. The waterfalls was very pretty but required lots of uphill walking. The hot springs were surprising to be very close to the city, we were able to dip our legs into the very warm water.

Great Batu Cave and Waterfalls but not a good driver experience like we have had in the past

The tour was very good. Enjoyed the Batu Caves and The Waterfalls. Ladies weren't really allowed to go in the hot springs. We were allowed in one pool to put our feet in. Our driver wasn't interested in us in the least. It felt we were putting him out. Not much communication, not hardly any help in where we were to go on tours.

Escape from the city to the nature

We visited the hot springs, the waterfalls with nice nature views , the batik art clothes ,we had a traditional indian cusine food and finally ended with a visit to the tin industry products. In both of the batik art clothes and tin industry products, we had the possibility to buy genuine products o them. The driver was very polite and helpful, he took photo of us and explained the points of the tour.

The experience and the places visited was quite good, the disappointment was the poor quality of vehicle provided, it was not suitable to travel in the hot day and the traffic as it had poor aircon

What we loved about the experience was visiting the Royal Selangor workshop, Batu Caves and the lunch. The hot springs was not as we had expected. Not a very pretty place at all. Would happily give that a miss. and the Batik (cloth dying printing) workshop could have been more of a show of how it’s made in more detail. Instead was a quick demo and then taken to shop to buy. Our guide was lovely, very friendly. Was More of a chauffeur than a guide. However lunch was awesome. Taken to Banana Leaf which is an Indian restaurant. Delicious food.
