    Awful customer service

    The worst customer service. I waited in the lobby of my hotel for half an hour and I could not see anyone and no one approached me. I was the contacted an hour and a half later saying they had been there waiting. They refused to give me a refund.

    The driver waited one hour at your hotel lobby, after that the tour will be no show. We already inform to the reception and leave a massage too. Thank you
