It is a long way from Port Klang to Kuala Lumpur. We are so pleased we did not take the trips on offer by Celebrity organised by coach. We saw everything we needed to in half the time. Our driver was exceptional being from KL knowing the back streets and short cuts. We made up our own itinerary with the help of the driver and did not miss out on any of the sights Not only did we have a fabulous day but it only cost us a few dollars more..

Great tour with Zam in Kuala Lumpur

We had an excellent city tour with Zam who was a great guide. He contacted us in advance and pickup and details were smooth. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He gotbus around to many more sights than I thought we would get to. He knew all of the best picture spots and took many wonderful pictures for us. He really knew how to get around traffic and saved us a lot of time. It wad fun spending the day with Zam and we highly recommend him as a guide. Thank you Zam !

We easily found the driver cause he stands in a good spot! This is important cause we would not be panic at the beginning. He is very nice and takes care of my parents. He’ professional about time controlling and sight introduction.

Convenient, quick tour from the port

Benny was our guide, and was waiting for us even before the agreed time. He quickly got us out of the port, and off for a quick look at King's Palace, then off to Batu Cave. He got a great parking just outside the gate, saving a lot of wait time looking for parking. We made it all the way up 272 stairs safely, and back down. Benny was always watching for us, and we never had to search for him in a crowd, which was comforting. We had a quick coconut water then did a drive-by of Petronas Towers, again finding a spot right out front. Next was the KL Tower, with great views and probably much less wait than Petronas, which is sold out days in advance. Off to Chinatown for some shopping, then back to the ship with plenty of time to spare. A quick tour but a good one.

If I could give our guide zam a 6 star rating I would. He picked us up promptly and gave us a wonderful tour of Kuala Lumpur. We started at a festival he thought we would enjoy. Went to petonis towers did some shopping had lunch and got back to the cruise at the right time. He was great and if we ever get back to this area I will contact him again

Thorough introduction to Kuala Lumpur

Our guide Saloko communicated with us beforehand with arrangements and met us promptly at Port Klang for our private tour of KL and explained about the Malay States and Federal territory we would be seeing. We spent time at the Batu Caves opting not to climb all the impressive stairway to the top but enjoy the Buddha and temples. He found us a cold Coconut drink…very refreshing and toilet(10 ringgit), explained the income levels and housing and answered our many questions. We had many photo ops and a visit to the Central Market for shopping. Walked through the Thean Hou Chinese temple where young people were getting marriage licences. Saloko offered a very comprehensive tour and we felt we had a good introduction to life in Kuala Lumpur. He then was able to return us to the pier before rush hour traffic! Thank you for an enjoyable day Saloko. We highly recommend this tour!

Great day trip in Kuala Lumpur. Our guide, Zamir was friendly and flexible. We saw many sights and the timing was good. Zamir even purchased some fish treats for us to try as a Malaysian treat.

Our tour guide Maladi, knew exactly where to take us in Kuala Lumpur, Independence Square, Petrona Twin tower, Kings Palace in Putra Jaya where the group was very much impressed with the Mosque and the Parliament building. The ride to the Airport was timely for our departure as well.

Such seamless pick up with Zamani already waiting for us as we exited the port doors with my husband’s name on a card. He listened to our requests and tried to make sure we got to places we wanted to see. We already had a tour the day before so wanted to skip some of the sites on this tour but replaced them with our own choice of places. He helped with our luggages and got us to our hotel safely with a lot of time to enjoy our one day stay there. He drove with care which was the most important for me! He was informative and pleasant and even helped taking our pictures. Overall, It was a GREAT experience !
