Unfortunately driver was late picking us up, had got stuck in traffic which is an issue I raised when they planned to pick us up leaving only 15 mins to get to the airport! When booked was advised pick up would be 4 hours before departure time so should have been collected by 7.30pm at the latest, the driver finally arrived at 8.10pm. We were 20 mins late getting to the airport for check in luckily we were not affected and got checked in and caught the flight ok. Very disappointed in the service given all previous trips and transport booked was a positive experience but put a really dampener on our final few hours in Bali.

Thank you for booking. We were really apologize for late pick up hotel caused bad traffic jam. We were explained and all still good time. Your flight departure EK 399 time 23:30 on 2 June 2023. And the driver drop you at the airport at 20:50. So you already in the airport and still have time 2 hours 40 minutes before schedule departure flight. Thank you
