Unsatisfactory Experience

This was a less than satisfactory experience. We were expecting an English speaking driver as noted in the inclusions. Instead our driver spoke only a few words of English and understood even less. This made our day difficult as we asked to go to Ubud, but once there, he didn’t take us around and we spent the majority of the time on Google Translator. We spent over 3 1/2 hours in bus van without water that was also promised in the inclusions. Then when we arrived in Ubud he had to get gas. You would think he would have already had a full tank for the day. The inclusions also said internet, which was not the case. We also reached out to his company for support and did not receive a response or help. We are very disappointed and do not recommend booking with this company.

Our driver/tour guide was really kind and speaks good English, we were only able to go to 2 places and pass by the beautiful rice fileds but overall it was a nice experience The weather was too was really nice in Handara gate and the Ulun Danu Temple. Thank you Viator!

This driver worked for us for a few days during our first ever trip to Bali. We booked his car from online. And because we liked his overall services so much that we booked a few more times. He knows what he was doing, taking us to wherever we had planned to visit, including sightseeing, exchanging currencies at a safe and credible place, dining, shopping etc. We had 2 seniors in our travel group. The fact that he was very patient, always tried to help the seniors get in and off the car, and immediately greeted us even in a very busy parking lot made our trip stress free and more enjoyable. His car was very clean. We'd highly recommended this driver.

El conductor fue muy amable y nos llevó a todos los lugares que habíamos pactado, haciéndonos de guía en momentos necesarios, incluso se prestó a ser nuestro fotógrafo cuando se lo pedimos. La única pega es que el coche no tenía wifi ni agua para los clientes, como se anunciaba en la página.

El servicio no estaba claro y nos acabaron pidiendo más dinero para la ruta que queríamos hacer. Encima nos enviaron a otro conductor, sin los servicios que ofrecía la oferta (wifi por ejemplo) y el coche estaba roto (íbamos lentos y parecia que nos íbamos a quedar tirados en mitad del camino).

Estamos totalmente en desacuerdo con su revisión. nuestros conductores y personal realmente quieren pedir dinero extra, porque su destino no coincide con el área de cobertura. Dices que el coche está dañado, pero puedes llamar al equipo forense para que pruebe nuestro coche. pero el camino roto es una declaración verdadera. en ese momento no tiene quejas con nuestro servicio. Lo informaremos lo antes posible.
