Firstly, I'd like to thank you and your family for joining us on the East tour and for taking the time to write such a detailed review of your experience with us.
Of course, we are extremely sorry to hear that the experience was not 100% up to what you had hoped for. We always aim to provide the highest level of service, education, fun and enjoyment to every group we serve. There are obvious challenges at peak season that we face in terms of finding suitable restaurants without massive lines, and the logistical difficulties of manoeuvering through crowded places while keeping to the agreed schedule of the day.
