    Cancelling tour last minute. What the ………?

    There was no tour to start off with. Booked this tour on the 22 nd March. Confirmed and scheduled for 7 th April. On the 6 th, the day before this day tour, received email stating tour had been cancelled.. We couldn’t book another tour as payment for optional tours had been completed and could be revisited. So no tour for us. Totally unacceptable. 16 days to cancel tour ?… What the ……..? Viator should have found us another tour to join. Very unprofessional! Disappointed and angry in every way. Watch out anyone booking with Viator! This could happen to you.
