Our driver Hassan was wonderful. Made suggestions on where to see cherry blossoms, escorted us to the venues to take pictures of our group and was patient as we decided where we wanted to go. We were grateful to have him as our driver and guide.

Our guide was mainly a driver, with NO knowledge of details. He was a nice guy, car was clean and well driven and all sites of interest were covered. However, other than, we are going to place X, no information was provided and the guide mostly answered I don't know to any questions of interest. We found later that our guide was not a Certified Guide.

Wonderful Kyoto tour with Hassan highly recommended.

Driver did not show up and the whole company stopped answering chats and phone calls. Even Viator can't get ahold of them anymore. We really needed a driver for our day in Kyoto and were stuck without one last minute. Do not use this company!

Thanks for your feed back. We tried to contact you that day but the contact number you mentioned was not working. That day our driver got influenza infected that’s why our driver not meet you. We tried to contact you but your contact number not working. Viator also requested us to proceed full refund & we proceed you full refund money. It was very unfortunate incident happened that our driver got influenza infection & our priority is customer Heath & safety. Sorry for inconvenience

The tour included visit of Nara deer park and famous temple, monkey park, bamboo forest and 2 other shrine, temples. Our driver Mr Hassan was very courteous and accommodating

Not what we expected

Firstly, this is a great way to see a to. Of places in a short amount of time. We were able to see parts of both Nara and Kyoto with our booking. That said, know that this is only a driving service. The driver took us around to each place but did not provide guidance on where to go—we followed other people to find the sites. We also didn’t feel like it was well planned. Were used to the tour guide knowing exactly where we’re going and how long we’ll be there but this driver deferred to us. Overall, we don’t regret the booking but it wasn’t what we expected

Thanks for your review. As we mentioned in listings of you choose one location either KYOTO or Nara then all places our driver guide can bring you. But Same day 3 places Kyoto & Nara & Osaka you want to go then most of time spend on travel because your pick was in Osaka & going on tour Kyoto then Nara same day. Most of time spend in travel time & you see not all places. So next time if you choose one location like Kyoto or the Osaka or Nara then you will see all places & enjoy Thank you for using our service

The guide did not speak a word. When asked a question he did not know the answer…ever! Worst tour! Would never recommend. We had one day in Kyoto and didn’t learn anything…even when prompted for info. Absolutely pathetic. Look elsewhere or tour on your own. Save your money - charged $600 for taxi service!!!

The worst tour experience ever

Ww were supposed to have a guidexwith a car for the day, what we ended up with was a taxi driver who drove us from point A to point B and left us on our own ar each stop

Thanks for your review. Our driver in person guide is very professional and polite. Unfortunately that day was heavily rain & our driver bring you all the places but due to heavy rain some parking area were closed and no parking that area if our driver park no parking then penalty have to pay. so our driver drop some places and not go with you inside. Next time when weather will good you will enjoy that tour.

Kyoto experience

We had a wonderful experience with Hassan as our driver. He knew the best times to see the sites so that we could enjoy them with very few other people present. He also found an excellent place for lunch and a local tea experience. It was perfect that we could choose where we wanted to go during the day. We would definitely recommend this tour!

Hassan is a very dedicated and committed tour guide. He made recommendations and conscious of the client's preference. We booked the tour for two days, one to Kyoto and one to Nara Park. My kids enjoyed the tour thoroughly, especially the monkey park that Hussen has recommended. Thanks, Hassan, for the fantastic tour!

They were on time actually early, waiting on us because international customs took a little longer, but they were friendly. They helped us with their luggage, walked outside to the vehicle and got us to our hotel safely.

Arruinaron último día en Japón

La peor experiencia, antes de reservar me comentaron en el chat que podrían dejarnos en aeropuerto al terminar el tour. Por ese motivo nos convencimos de adquirir este tour. Un día antes nos dicen que no se puede , que aunque la información dice que es totalmente personalizable y además que ya nos habían confirmado por el chat, nos dicen que no se puede y debemos pagar 30 000 yenes por eso. Total, el día del tour llegan por nosotros y el conductor dijo que no cambiamos con maletas y regresaría en 5 min. Paso más de una hora y nadie regresaba , el conductor dejó de responder. la compañía y viator nos dijeron que no había nada que hacer. Nos causaron un trastorno el último día de nuestra visita en Japón. Nos hicieron el reembolso pero tuvimos que ponernos a buscar alternativas a último minuto, ya no pudimos conocer Osaka. No los recomiendo
