El guía turístico tiene un mal servicio al cliente. Les recomiendo evaluar tenerlo entre sus proveedores pues no empático ni servicial.
Estuvimos en comunicación desde el principio, pero este día del tour, nos retrasamos y llegamos al punto de encuentro 28 min tarde. En ningún momento nos dijo que si no llegábamos en 15 min, el tour se cancelaba.
Solo nos dijo que había tomado otro tour porque no nos habíamos presentado y luego nos dejo de contestar. Totalmente irresponsable.
Me eliminó de WhastApp y nunca contestó mis llamadas.
No tomen este tour con él ni lo recomienden

Me da gracia el sacar el tiempo para escribir un mal comentario cuando los irresponsables son ustedes y no llegar a la hora establecida. Y también entiendo que la gente se enoje tanto por tener un tour conmigo. Cualquier tour donde los clientes lleguen 30 mins tarde es cancelado. Gracias por dejarlo claro a todos.

I think this is a mistake i don't do that to my clients and are you sure you book through Expiatours???
