It was such a fun day, Rafa was a great guide. I've you love cycling and going at speed this is the tour for you! The death road itself wasn't super scary. Rafa was very energetic and knowledgeable about the route. It was awesome have the roads to out self. Loved it!

Absolutely amazing experience from the first minute when we got picked up at our accommodation. Nelson was such good vibes during the entire day. He always kept everyone at ease and never rushed anything. Also Lewis who was driving behind us in the van all day was excellent. Checked all the equipment at every stop and made sure everything was safe. Bikes and safety equipment were in fantastic condition and even had two spare bikes just incase something broke. Couldn't recommend the altitude team and especially Nelson and Lewis enough.

Death Road is a must when you’re in La Paz! Our whole experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we were picked up to the moment we started cycling, we always felt safe and in good hands with our guide Rodrigo. The equipment was up to date and they ensured that we felt comfortable before taking off. We cannot recommend this enough!

The Death Road tour was an amazing experience! Our guides and the drivers were all great - really friendly and they take safety really seriously and explain each section along the way. The bikes are really good quality and they give you all the safety equipment needed so you do feel well protected. You can go at your own pace and there’s never any pressure put on you. There are regular breaks so you can have a short rest or eat some snacks and the guides check the bikes and add air to the tyres if needed at each stop. They also take photos for you so you don’t have the added stress of trying to take photos! I would 100% recommend doing the Death Road tour with Altitude Travel specifically, they’re so experienced and make you feel safe, but also make sure you have loads of fun! We were also the first tour on the road, so we didn’t encounter any other tour groups. I had honestly prepared myself to be terrified for most of the tour, but I wasn’t at all - it’s just an exhilarating experience and the landscape is incredible. If you’re hesitating about booking this tour then don’t, just go for it, you’ll regret it otherwise!

I did Death Road with 2 amazing guys from Altitude Biking Oliver and Luis During entire tour you Oliver main concern was safety and having a great experience. Luis - the driver was circling in front of the group taking pictures and videos so no worries you worries you will miss records to share with friends and family. Great and beautiful day and unforgettable experience. A bit cold in the morning at 15200 feet on the asphalt road but once you get on the Death Road was warm and humid Highly recommended tour

El recorrido fue un desastre total Organización 0. Grado de peligro MÁXIMO!!! Lo único impresionante es el camino por la selva, a la altura (Camino de la muerte), pero no se lo recomiendo a nadie. Solo a los aventureros. ! Experiencia de los guías 0! Gandalf ya no habla nada, a menos que le preguntes algo. El recorrido estuvo decente, nada más. Pero la comida fue terrible. No tuviste elección. Toda la comida fue horrible. ¡compáralo con la comida de la prisión o del hospital! ¡RECOMIENDO UN TOUR PRIVADO U OTRA EMPRESA!

Regarding the service of our guides, they have experience of more than 5 years on the route, in the particular case of Gandalf, he has 7 years of experience with a lot of experience, in addition, many people recommend his service in reviews on this and other platforms.
