Despite the trip very clearly indicating pick up was included, they did not show up, and it was very unclear as to whether I should have gone to a meeting point or waited for pick up. I opted to wait for 2 hours at my hotel with no communication of a pick up time. The trip for me never went ahead, and I can only assume they forgot about me. Very disappointing. Kudos to Viator for accepting my refund

I was so exicted to take this tour. But it failed. I paid for the tour and had my day planned. Was waiting and waiting for them. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP.
