Watch traffic rush by below you as you rappel backwards out the window, or try head-first ‘rap jumping’ for the 164-foot (50-meter) descent.

Where do I begin?? : I LOVE LOVE LOVE this excursion. The tour operators as SO professional and really take care of you and your safely. There is a short tutorial before the descent. They have a small selection of costumes that you can wear, I chose Wonder Woman, take your photos and upload them to their Facebook Page. You can also use your own cameras for pictures. I loved it so much I went twice. It's quite a feeling rappelling down a 19 storey building face down! I've rappelled waterfalls and slot canyons before facing the waterfall/rock, this is quite a rush. I highly recommend it for all you lovers of heights and adrenalin!

The staff were very knowledgeable and patient with me. Luckily I was there when it wasnt super busy so they all participated towards putting me at ease. This is something I'd be willing to do twice or more! The fact they concentrated on safety and walking me through the process to assure me shows their level of professionalism.
