If you want explore and encounter Portovenere I highly recommend this tour. This is not Cinque Terre. This is Portovenere which is charming and lovely in its own right. The boat ride was fun and Frederico stopped and shared the history of Spezia, Portovenere and the islands.
On Portovenere it is a must to visit St. Peter’s Church which used to be a Temple to Venus.
There also you can admire the cliffs, the crashing waves and panoramic view. You have 3.5 hours to sight see and have lunch. They sell Pesto there and it is the best. Again this is not Cinque Terre. You can take ferries from here to Cinque Terre.

We loved our day in Portovenere, a charming and lovely town which has stunning scenery. Our boat tour of the three islands with Frederico was excellent. He is knowledgeable and friendly and has good music taste. Very happy with our tour.

Bueno la lancha buena el conductor con buena información..el.paseo de ida muy lindo ...pero luego te dejan casi 4 horas en Portovenere ...es mucho ....la excursión no es barata y te sirve si queres hacer playa sino mejor te tomas el ferry que es mucho más barato
