If you are on a cruise: the guide will meet you AT THE PORT of La Spezia, she will be waiting holding a sign with your name at the cruise terminal --- If you are in hotel in La Spezia or arriving from another city: you will meet the guide AT THE TRAIN STATION of La Spezia Centrale (we will email you the meeting point details) --- Please let us know if you prefer to meet the guide at the port of La Spezia or at the train station of La Spezia Centrale (and if you are on a cruise please tell us also the cruise details) --- IMPORTANT: This tour is departing from the city of La Spezia. If your cruise is docking in other cities/ports (e.g. Livorno, Porto Venere, Marina di Carrara, etc.) it will be your responsibility to reach the meeting point in La Spezia (port or train station).

First, our tour guide, Eliza, was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, accommodating, interesting and made the experience incredibly memorable. The tour was very well planned and allowed us to experience Cinque Terre in a way to celebrate this beautiful place. Five stars!

Our train was cancelled we reported it to you and another tour company would charge us 1300 euros more after paying 1800 euros already very upsetting to all our family and friends it was all out of our control

Dear Ronald, I am always happy to receive feedback even when it's negative as it gives us the opportunity to improve. But it's problematic when the feedback is inaccurate and incomplete to the point of being misleading. For the benefit of future travellers I would like to provide some additional information. 1) As you reported to us the morning of the tour, you missed the train to get to La Spezia from Lucca, the city where you were staying. The train was not cancelled, you missed it, and I think that avoiding to miss the train is actually under your control - 2) We offered help in finding another train and told you that the guide (very graciously) was happy to wait for you for whatever time needed so you would not miss your private tour - 3) You refused all options and decided to cancel the tour the same day - 4) We offered to rebook the tour the following day at a very discounted price but you refused also this option. I understand that missing the train is disappointing and I am very sorry about it, but that is not under our control. On our side we did all that we could to help you and to find ways so you could take the tour anyway. I hope there will be another chance in the future to have you with us at Cinque Terre!

One of the Best Tours I’ve ever taken! San Gimignano is a must-see in Tuscany!! Our tour guide, Katia, was wonderful! She was so knowledgeable about every inch of the castle (and its history) which made our tour even that much more memorable. She was so kind and patient—we loved her! Thanks for the spectacular memories Viator!

Cinque Terre was one of my bucket list places. This tour did not disappoint. We had a great guide and he was very knowledgeable and patient with us 6 women. We had a delicious lunch on a terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Ocean. Another highlight was swimming in the ocean which was another dream come true, it was fabulous

Our tour guide Matteo was very helpful to navigate the logistics of our tour across the five villages. We did both train and ferry. He was also shared history of the places. It was just too hot and lots of walking with young kids to be enjoyable, so I recommend visiting in cooler months.

My mother and I booked a private tour to see Cinque Terre for the first time. Marta was our guide, and she was wonderful from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, warm, and enthusiastic. She immediately made us feel at ease and adjusted her plans based on what interested us. She messaged ahead of time, letting us know to bring swimwear as she’d give us an opportunity to swim in the Mediterranean Sea. She showed us the most beautiful viewpoints of each village, used the train and ferry, and guided us expertly through the crowds. She recommended a lunch spot with a lovely view of the ocean. The tour was the highlight of our Mediterranean cruise! We saw so much in a day but never felt rushed by Marta. It was the best tour.

Matteo was a wonderful guide. Considering there was a train strike, he made it work for us. It was unfortunate that we could not spend more time in each town but he showed us the highlights of each place… which was spectacular. He was a walking history book and there was so much to absorb! I highly recommend Matteo! Grazie Mille!
