Der Ausflug hat nicht stattgefunden, da uns keiner abgeholt hat!!!!!!!! Haben am vereinbarten Treffpunkt eine halbe Stunde gewartet und keiner kam uns abholen. Sind Mega enttäuscht und werden keinen Ausflug mehr buchen. Warte immer noch auf eine Stellungnahme von Ihnen????!!!!

Hi, I am really apologises for the situation. I already wait at the meeting places but the problem is the contact person in Viator is wrong number. Already trying to call and Whatsapp but the number not use in Whatsapp. I also contact Viator but the response was so slow. Its really spoil the day.
