We really can't operate this tour at the moment. All our tours are suspended until June so we can address the issue with our vehicle and resume providing the excellent service we always strive for. We just want to make a fair correction, ALL CANCELLATION NOTICES ARE SENT IN ADVANCE. The fact that you saw the message and responded at the last minute doesn't mean it was sent at the last minute. We appreciate your feedback, but we ask for a minimum of truth.

I doubt we would have have had as good a time without the tour. It was convenient and Tony was friendly and accommodating. He made our tour memorable. My favorite was the Shelby garage. And I spent money at allthe places I went getting some fabulous memories. The Shelby T-shirts are great.

Attractions good...tour not!

We enjoyed the 3 attractions. However, we basically paid for transportation as all of these places are FREE. The tour would have been worthwhile, financially, had it included more information from the guide regarding the Las Vegas area.

Tour driver never showed viatar will not return money for up to 7 days

We spent over an hour of our vacation waiting for a driver that never showed up. The number they gave us went to a recording that said they were unavailable to answer. They had my number and email never contacted me. Now viatar says we have to wait up to 7 days to see if they will give us back our money.

We never fail to serve any of our customers. I believe you made a mistake or failed to contact us. Normally a no-show is non-refundable, but we will gladly issue a refund within 7 days. We kindly ask you to read all the information about our product before making a booking. Understanding the text and following our guidelines is the minimum that is expected from customers so that we can provide a good service. Thank you and have a good one! See Shelby but save yourself some money

Shelby Heritage center VIP tour was excellent but not part of this package. You have to pay an additional $55 per person but it comes with a great tour and give away items. We were lucky and the VP Shelby American was there and doesn’t twenty minutes with us. Thank you Vince As far as what Viator offers it is purely and solely a nice car and driver to take you around. Driver had little to nothing to say Don’t give Viator your money Take an Uber or your own car save money on what amounts to a driver and spend the money on the VIP when you get to Shelby It will be a much better investment

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour. It was awesome seeing the car places and visiting the world-famous pawn shop. Our driver was prompt and polite. We received some water but there were no snacks as advertised.

Niet boeken!!! Het kost €485,- dollar daarvoor krijg je alleen de chauffeur. Hij brengt je en zet je af bij de plaats. Je gaat zelf naar binnen om een rondje te lopen en loopt dan weer terug naar de auto. Geen water of Wifi zoals in de tour staat. We hoorden al snel dat alle 3 de entrees bovendien gratis zijn. We stonden na 2 uur weer voor ons hotel, wel €500,- lichter. De chauffeur Tony vond het zelfs belachelijk veel. Hij was overigens wel ontzettend behulpzaam. Veel tours geboekt met Viator die wel goed waren, maar deze is echt slechter dan slecht. Normaal kost dit rond de €100,- werd er verteld. Dus niet boeken!!

However, it is important to highlight that we expect our customers to inform themselves about our services and the itinerary before the trip, providing accurate information. There was a 45-minute delay in the start of the tour, which caused us to transfer to another vehicle in order to avoid cancellation or rescheduling. Our vehicles are Dutch with snacks, sweets, water and WiFi for added convenience. Regarding the value of the tour, it is worth mentioning that the payment refers to a group of 4 people, and the amount transferred to the platform is not reflected in what was transmitted, being incorporated 30 days after the trip. These details were seen in the private message we sent you. We sincerely regret that your experience was not satisfactory, and we are happy to offer you a new tour at a generous discount as compensation. Our goal is to provide you with a better experience in this opportunity.
