Great tour and very informative! Luis was a fantastic guide! Our kids loved it as well. The guide for the power plant part was engaging and funny. Wish we could see more of the plant though.

Jonny was our tour guide for the Hoover Dam tour above and below. We were picked up from our hotel and was very friendly and knowledgable telling us about many LV land marks. He was awesome. I highly recommend.

Mac, our guide was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. More interesting and knowledgeable than the guides which work at the dam. He was the highlight of the trip. Extremely clean van, a great assortment of food and drinks (unlimited) and the price was extremely low for what we got. I highly recommend this company

We had an excellent time on our Dam tour! Rubin is a wonderful guide. He greeted us by name and this began a most enjoyable trip to the Hoover Dam. The tour was everything that the information provided. We had enough time allocated for the stops and plenty of snacks. Overall, we liked everything about the tour. We suggest the tour very strongly. We began early, and we got to avoid crowds of people.Ruben talked all the way while driving us and was very entertaining. Booking online was easy and convenient. Rubin a great tour guide! We plan to return and request Rubin.

This was a very informative tour. Our guide Celeste was on time, very pleasant. So full of information. Good driver. Plenty on snacks, bananas chips, peanuts ect. Lots of water. So glad we did the small group. We saw lots of coach bus tours. Small groups are so much more manageable. Celeste gave us our time limits and we all made sure to honour them. Would definitely recommend this tour. Our only issue, was we booked through viator and had to call for our pickup times as we did not receive an email by 10 am. If you need to call the help number, make sure you choose option 2 for a live person. Otherwise we would have missed our pickup. Viator says start time is 8am, but Max tours site states 7:15-8:00am for pick ups. Viator might want to change their information. Back on time and Celeste dropped us off at our hotel, Embassy Suites Convention Centre, instead of walking back from Springhill Suites. Should add this hotel to the drop down menu. Embassy Suites is much busier now that the sphere is open.

Since I was a kid I've always wanted to see the Hoover Dam. Decided to book a few days in Vegas as a getaway with my wife since that's also a destination I've had on my list forever, and figured it'd be the perfect time to see the dam. Looked online for different packages, and after reading countless reviews, decided to go with Viator. Purchasing was a breeze, instructions were clear, and our guide even called about 15 minutes before he was going to arrive at our hotel. Our guide Luis was great! Told us facts and stories about the Vegas area and gave us all kinds of great info on the dam. Once we did the tour, it was almost a complete repeat of what Luis had told us on the way there lol. Glad I booked this trip, as there was no stress or worry, just had to wake up, get some breakfast and head down to the bus pickup area of our hotel.
