What To Expect

Your tour starts with pickup at your Las Vegas hotel and transfer to the Summerlin area near Red Rock Canyon.

There, your guide provides you with your scooter car and reviews the safety guidelines for car operations. After taking some practice runs, follow your guide on a paved road to reach Red Rock Canyon. Stop first at the visitor's center where informative exhibits explain the canyon's plant and animal life, and the history of the Native American Paiute tribe that once lived in this region.

Next, see the park up close as your guide leads your group of scooter cars on a scenic loop. Marvel at the series of scenic canyons and sculptural rock formations found within the Red Rock National Conservation Area while enjoying the fresh air and 360-degree unobstructed views. You might see wild burros, tortoises, jackrabbits and other wildlife, along with sheer rock walls that attract professional rock climbers from all over the world.

Your guide can recommend great hiking trails that are suited to your desired level of difficulty. Enjoy a birds-eye perspective on the area from High Point Overlook, located at almost 5,000 feet (1,524 meters) above sea level, with views that overlook the southern portion of Las Vegas Valley.

During stops, you can switch drivers and stretch your legs. The 2-person, 3-wheel scooter cars are easy to drive; they do not have a clutch or gears, and don't require a special license. Your tour ends with drop-off at your Las Vegas hotel.

Our guide Leo is tops! Took care of us from pick up to drop off meeting all our needs! So knowledgeable and great sense of humor! The canyon tour on scooters was exciting and different! Views were amazing! This is a must and only minutes from the strip! A great way to spend a few hours away from all the busyness!!

This was the highlight of our Vegas trip! It was so refreshing to escape the craziness of the strip and to experience such beautiful scenery. The scooter cars were the perfect way to do this! The cars were so easy to drive and I loved that it was all open air so that we could really get the full experience. Our guides were awesome too. They were so knowledgeable and informative, yet really let us do our own thing at the same time. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone!

Our trip on the Scooters was lots of fun. Our guide was knowledgeable & funny. We had to drive on busy roads, but felt safe at all times. The Red Rock Canyon was beautiful, definitely worth the trip away from The Strip

These guys were fabulous! They love the Red Rock Canyon and were so informative. I am not sure which I liked better, their history tidbits or the ride. So much fun and beautiful views! Dress warm, the desert isn’t hot!!!!!! Recommend highly. I would give 10 stars out of 5!
