Overview

This hands-on culinary adventure is led by a professional chef. I couldn't recommend this cooking class enough! The food was terrific, and I learned a lot about what goes into the different Peruvian dishes. Chef Ruth and Junior were very helpful and helped my friend and I through each step of the cooking process.

Cesar our guide was fantastic! Very informative and friendly as was the chef who instructed on amazing Peruvian cuisine. It was a very fun experience with our group of six and highly recommend!

Food was wonderful and plentiful. Staff were exceptional. A fun evening cooking and eating . We had only 2 couples so we had plenty of cooking time . Would be nice to do with a group of friends / family .

We were taught how to make Lomo Saltado and Causa Limeña on a nice rooftop kitchen. The chef and staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the dishes we made, and the food came out amazing. The proceeds also go to those in need. I recommend this class to anyone that loves food and are interested in learning more about Peruvian cuisine.

One of the highlights during my trip to Lima! They pick you up at your hotel/hostel (either on foot or by car) and water was provided. We made 3 different dishes and some salsa/sauces which were all delicious. Chef Ruth brought the freshest ingredients straight from the market and Alejandro did a great job with translation. Quite a fun experience - highly recommended.

Cesar was a great host! Funny, engaging and knowledgeable about Peru history and cuisine. The Chef was also great and they complimented each other well. We cooked some very traditional Peruvian dishes. They were delicious and provided great insight into how “average” Peruvians prepare incredible tasting food with local ingredients. Great food and great fun…what else can you ask for!
