*All our prices include pick up and drop off at your hotel or address only when you are located in: Miraflores, San Isidro or Barranco, Lince and Jesus Maria. *If you are coming to Lima Airport, we pick you up from Door 3rd (International Flights) and Door 11th (National Flights). *If you are coming on a cruise ship to Lima Callao Port, our pick up and drop off points are: the main door of Callao Port (APM) or from the shuttle bases stops: Plaza Salaverry, Plaza San Miguel, Larcomar Mall, Club Social Miraflores and Inka Market. Note: For every pick up, we send a professional driver who will have a sign board with your name on it. Outside of these areas, we ask that you pay a small extra fee for your pickup and drop-off at your hotel location. It's good to know that fuel in our country is one of the 2 most expensive things, check your local gas stations.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Easy communication via whatsapp. On time pickup with my name on sign. Even though my pick up person didn't speak English, he called someone from their office to say if we needed anything to have the person call her. Car was huge and super clean. Can't ask for anything more, especially with a 9:30pm pickup

I booked literally last minute before I hopped on an overnight flight. I sent a message with my flight details even though they were closed and their open time was after I landed I provided them with my flight information. Before I even made it to passport control, I got a call assuring me someone would be there for me and followed up with WhatsApp messages with where my driver would be waiting. The driver was dressed professionally, had a lovely 80’s rock & pop radio station and was great! I’d book again and again and again!

I email Viator on the cruise ship in Callao Lima, Peru requesting a private shuttle to Lima airport, Viator confirmed right away with pricing, when I arrived at the pick up point early, shuttle driver were there in 5 minutes, very courteous and took us to the airport well before time to depart. I would highly recommend Viator to my friends.

I received communication from another person prior to the flight providing instructions on where to meet etc. But later on things change, minor, such as meeting inside or outside the airport. Not a big deal since it was easily resolved, you will get the number of the actual driver and you can communicate via WhatsApp. I rode on a regular taxi and no problem with that, it still got me to where I needed to go. I will use this service again since I like to be prepared and not deal with finding a taxi when I arrive.
