    The Lima International Airport is a hot mess. However, I had excellent communication with the dispatcher and then driver. The important things are we found the driver, (or rather he found us), he was professional, his car was clean and he got us to our hotel efficiently and safely. Great service!

    The Lima International Airport is a hot mess. However, I had excellent communication with the dispatcher and then driver. The important things are we found the driver, (or rather he found us), he was professional, his car was clean and he got us to our hotel efficiently and safely. Great service!
    We were not picked up in a Viator white van.

    I thought I was reserving the white van that is displayed on their website. The same new white van was in all the emails I received from them. In reality, a very old 4 door compact picked us up. The car was clean but it very old and small. On the plus side, they communicated well via an app and the driver was waiting for us holding a sign with my name. It was only $28 for the trip from Lima to our hotel in Miraflores. I felt like I paid for a private taxi. I would have given 5 stars if I had known ahead of time we were paying for a private cab. I felt a little bait and switched.

    Hector was amazing. He met us at the airport with a sign, loaded oir luggage and successfully navigated the very busy Lima traffic. He did all of this while answering questions about the area, best places to get autgentic perucian food, etc. Definitely made the transition from airport to bnb smooth and safe.

    David did a great job helping us with our luggage and getting us to our hotel. This is an excellent service, particularly for the modest price!
