For International Arrivals: For your transfer your designated driver will be waiting for you with your name written on a sign outside baggage claim door. You will walk across the inner Airport main hall and after a few meters going straight to the left you will be able to see him. (Right down below the model of the airplane on the ceiling as decoration) Domestic Arrivals: For your transfer, your designated driver will be waiting for you with your name written on a sign outside exit door 12. When you leave the terminal through this door at baggage claim, you will walk across the first crosswalk and you will see him. Note: We'll cover the first Parking hour, if it takes you more time please kindly help us with the difference. Transportation from Hotel| Airbnb : According to your ETD (Estimated time of Departure) : Pick up 4h in advance for international and 3h for Domestic flights

Outstanding service and effort

The service was very reliable. The driver was on-time, polite, and professional. Communication and organization leading up to the service was great. On my return trip to the airport, I left my personal cell phone in the vehicle, and reached out to Claudia and Diego from mytrip2peru through the Viator chat and through WhatsApp on my work phone. Both of them responded immediately and urgently worked on my behalf to reach the driver to search for my phone and drive back to the airport to return it to me. They went above and beyond making sure the original service was met and provided outstanding customer service. This is the type of effort every customer wants and rarely receives with any service. I highly recommend this round trip airport transfer service and give a big thanks to Claudia and Diego. The driver was also great with returning my cell phone and had a great attitude with having to return to the airport.

The contract was not fulfilled. Nobody showed up to pick us up at the airport. We had to hire another transport. We arrived at the airport at the agreed time, but there was no one waiting to transfer us to the hotel. We tried calling the phone number provided but no one answered. Frustrating. We waited almost an hour.

Driver was not there when we came out of the airport. Driver did not speak English like we were told. There were professional hustlers waiting who tried to get us to go with another driver. Disappointed overall. If you can’t be there with a sign when we come out, what’s the point?????

Highly recommend! It is comforting as a solo female traveler to have a safe ride, especially while arriving at night and having never been to Lima. There are many taxi companies at the airport, but the real value here is having round-trip transfer that is scheduled. I was only in Lima for one night before heading to Cusco, and my driver was on time at my hotel to drive me back to the airport. Friendly drivers, too!
