    Good Option for a newbie looking for yoga

    I am new into Yoga so while visiting my boyfriend in Lima i tried this yoga class. The studio is ok in every way, clean, secure and affordable. They take time to give precise instructions to avoid injuries before the practice, the class I attended includes plenty of relaxation techniques and a variety of poses to keep things interesting. I will came again next time in the city.
