Loved the food and was fun to participate in a group. Highly recommend Joanna as our chef. The wine served was amazing and everyone had fun the entire evening. The appetizers were so good, loved the flaming chorizo.

It was fun to meet up with other travelers and cook together. It wasn't really a cooking class per se but still fun and worth the adventure.

The cooking class was easy going, fun, informative, and most importantly, delicious! There was good camaraderie within the group. The chef was skilled, communicated clearly, and somehow managed to juggle several cooks and recipes while remaining calm.

A wonderful evening meeting some great people and learning how to cook new recipes original to Portugal. The chefs were interacting and engaging, definitely great experience learning how to cook Portuguese food. The workshop was in a professional kitchen and that made it easy to navigate around the space safely and we got to enjoy all that was made with some good local wine and cheese. l'd recommend this experience to anyone interested in learning how to cook some Portuguese food.

This was great fun to do for an evening on our vacation! Prior to cooking, there was cheese & wine. Everything was organized and our chef explained everything clearly. We made about 6 different dishes with other several other folks who were traveling and had dinner together. I would definitely do this again!

We have joined other cooking classes in the past. Many in other countries. On our return home to California, we are exicted to take the recipes and prepare a Portuguese feast for our friends. This cooking class is ALL hands-on. Everybody pitched in. This was not a watching experience - be ready to prepare the feast with Paulo. When back in Lisbon, we will return for another cooking adventure.

He ensured that everyone was involved in the preparation, and he shared countless insights about the ingredients and origins of the dishes we made. Highly recommend!

This was a BLAST!!! So fun and engaging! We cooked a 5 course meal, all the while meeting new friends and learning all about the Portuguese culture through food. Our chef was very patient with the varied skill levels and everyone had such a fun time. Plenty of laughs and wine to go around. I highly recommend!!!
